They come annually. They inspect the house for pest. I have a mouse problem. They sent someone out to set traps on the basement level, the main floors, and the attic. They will check them quarterly. They are very prompt, and professional. They did not try to oversell their services. They did not focus on things I did not ask them to.

I use them on and off. I would continue to use them.

They come and do the job, and they're gone.

The offices are nice. They call up and schedule. They schedule at my convenience. If I have a problem they are responsive. They are responsive to anything I do. The technicians that I've had make suggestions. I'm comfortable with them. I've been using them for over 30 years and would continue to use them in the future.

We have an annual maintenance program with them and they come out a couple of times a year. They are professional technicians and are always clean, neat and undisruptive in the home. They also explain what they are doing. They are a local company and it's a good thing.

The guy came out and explained everything. He walked around the house and saw where the ants were. He was very thorough. He explained everything to me: where they were nesting, why they do what they do, why the products weren't working. He gave us an estimate and a couple options. They come back every year now. I wish they were cheaper, but I don't think other places would be cheaper.

The representative came out as scheduled to evaluate our problem. The made their recommendations for treatment and scheduled it for Saturday just a couple of days after they were there. They provided excellent service, kept to their time and schedule.

We have a contract with them that calls for them to come out three times a year but they'll come any time we see a problem. They deal with rodent traps and insects.

We were extremely satisfied with them. We had a lot of work done.

After discovering a rodent in the house, I called and they set up an inspection for that same morning. In fact, the inspector arrived a bit early - about 45 minutes after I called. He was very thorough and checked the entire property. I had already started plugging a hole I had found and he told me that he could send out a tech, but all they would do is what I was already doing; plug up any access holes and place bait stations. He told me they had a retail store under the "big blue bug" and explained exactly what type of bait station to get and how much they cost. He noticed some carpenter ant signs and explained that it was nothing to be concerned about unless I see active signs during the winter. That means the nest is inside the house and would require treatment. Since we have not seen ants in the house he said treatment was not needed. Before he left he gave me 25 glue boards (for free) and was on his way. As I see it, he had two opportunities to soak me for service that was not really needed. Instead of taking advantage of the situation he simply explained everything I needed to do. That kind of customer service earns my trust and makes me very likely to call when I have another issue. I am confident I will be treated fairly. That afternoon I went to the retail store and talked to the man running the place; he was an entomologist and was also very helpful. After hearing my story he concurred with the inspector's evaluation and set me up with 2 outdoor bait stations and bait. The total was less than $50. He explained the life cycle of carpenter ants and confirmed the inspector's conclusion for that as well. As I checked out I noticed a certificate from Angie's List displayed on the wall. Well deserved, in my opinion.

I have used them for a number of years, probably around 20 years. I have a very old house, which had mice in the attic. The mice are gone.

It is a contracted service. They come in spring to do a survey and set mouse traps around. They come few times a year to check them. It is a fact that they keep coming back because it is a contracted service. Other companies do the same. The work has turned out well. We have not had any problems since they came. I have not compared the prices.

A salesman was able to come ot the house several days after I first called. He was excellent - very observant and knowledgeable about insects and treatments. He not only noticed all of the insect nests outside the house, but made knowledgeable observations about our lawn, our boiler model, etc. He was very pleasant. He told us that there is no preventive for wasps, etc, but they will take down all the nests and come back any time we see new ones. We signed the contract. Today, about two weeks later, the technician showed up. He did a pretty good job spraying inside the house. Outside, I had to point out all the nests we had found. Apparently the salesman does not communicate his findings with the person who actually does the job. Then all he did was spray them with something in a spray can, wait until the wasps were dead, and knock the nest down. We could have done that ourselves. He was rather awkward and had to make two trips to his truck before he got the proper tools. I noticed some little white globes above a window, and he said those were spider eggs, and the homeowner has to take them down - he said that's company policy. He said if they vacuumed up cobwebs, they'd be there all day (even though we had hired them because of a spider problem!). I am very disappointed, and feel it was not worth the money.

Very prompt response to inquiry. They were able to do an inspection quickly and could accommodate my schedule. They returned quickly to perform the service. Still a little soon to tell if it was completely effective, but will update the report when we know.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable and he also made suggestions for our home. I felt very competent with his service.

I have been using them for about twenty years now and their has never been a problem. I am always pleased with the service. They are on time and there is never a hassle about anything. I would recommend them, because they are reasonably priced and trustworthy.

I thought Tony, the owner of this company was wonderful. He took the time to talk to me at no cost, so that I gained knowledge about pest control in my home. He did not rush me and answered my questions, even though he was not making money at that current point in time. I now see why this company has a great reputation. Tony told me he spends his days going to pest control conferences and talks around the country. He really knows his stuff. I will be giving my pest control business to this company in the future. My experience with this company to date, has been absolutely fantastic.
