+ -1 moreAndy and Neal were extremely accommodating with our schedules since my husband and I are not living in the Middletown house. Andy made 3 trips to the property not only to stake out, but also met with my husband and I along with the town's representative, and a rep from the Aquidneck Land Trust to clarify the property line and answer questions. Professional in every way! We're very grateful for their guidance.
Description of Work: Surveyed and staked out our Middletown property.

Description of Work: Andy made 3 trips to the premise to stakeout the property line and on one of these visits, met with my husband and I plus the Town's representative and the Aquidneck Land Trust representative. We were very grateful to Andy and Neal for their professionalism in handling our concerns and guiding us through the whole process.

+ 0 moreMy schedule is not the easiest to deal with, but Neal worked with me to get my job done. He had the surveying done, drew up the plans for my new garage, sent to them to me via e-mail for review/comment, met me at the town hall, helped me fill in the application, etc. He is true professional. I would definitely hire him again.

+ -1 moreHe would do the design and let me know what it would look like. I provided comments and he redesigned it how I wanted it. He did whatever I needed to make it right. He is going with me to the board and will back me up if I need it.
