+ -1 moreThe first time I called to get an estimate, it took 3 calls to get them to come out and do so. When I decided to hire them, I called 2 more times and after not getting a response, decided that maybe this wasn't the best company to go with, since they never answered my calls. I went with another company.
Description of Work: Came out and gave me an estimate on lawn care.

+ 0 moreI have only used them a couple of times. They are very prompt. Whatever they quote is what the ultimate charge end up being. Scheduling has been fine. They gave us quotes, anything that they come up with on a job. They gave a quote visually at free timely certain out of time. The works that they have done had always been professional.
Description of Work: I used All Island Landscape for Landscaping and lawn fertilization & treatment services.

+ 0 moreOur complained is that after approx. ten years of service, we were dropped without a valid excuse. We were told they would not service our neighborhood anymore, yet they picked up a new customer several houses up from us. We always paid our bills on time, often put up with a less than perfect job and hired them for several other services like snow-removal, tree work, deck-foundation and drain-clearance. After being a loyal customer for all these years, we found their treatment of us, rude and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Mowed our lawn.

+ -1 moreTerrible, awful. Lack of customer service, unprofesionnal. I would not recommend to anyone. A real disappointment and a complete waste of our time. Given the fact we did have a written and signed price quote, we did consider taking legal action, but this loser isn't worth it. Stay AWAY!!!!!!
Description of Work: We recieved a price quote to clear some land from the ower Bryon which was outstanding. My wife even called to speak him Byron before sending the quote back. He told her whatever was on the form was correct (he couldn't tell because the computers were down). We signed and returned the quote. Weeks went by and we called to find out when they would be starting to be told someone would call back (which no one did). After a few more calls went unreturned, we were told Byron had a question. After 2+ weeks of unreturned calls, we finally got a call back and were told the quote was wrong. Byron came to the house (& showed up late). He basically told us the quote should have been 3x as much as quoted, but would try to keep it down. He promised to give us another quote (even though we had signed the first one). We never heard back or got another quote.

+ 0 moreThe company sent a representative to my property. We agreed that a bid would be forthcoming for the construction of a masonry, retraining wall, delivery of fieldstones, gravel and sand. He left the property and I have not heard from the company since. Several phone calls to the person's cell phone have gone unreturned.

+ 0 moreTHEY ARE GENERALLY GOOD. THEY HAVE THEIR UPS AND DOWNS JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPANY. I THINK THAT THEY ARE BETTER AT SPRAYING THAN MOWING. THEY SEEM TO BE IN TOO MUCH OF A HURRY WHEN THEY MOW COMPARED TO WHEN THEY SPRAY.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAY MY TREES AND LAWN. THEY MOW MY LAWN EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE TOO.
