Description of Work: Thank you, thank you, for service beyond my expectations! You are the best plumber/HVAC person I have come across in years. While I was experiencing a mental breakdown at the thought of my utility company shutting off my heat for a potential gas leak with my water heater, after calling you, you placed my fears at ease and promised I would be priority/your next stop! You also took care of my mastic problem and you are currently working with me to have central air added to my second floor rental unit and central heat & air added to my first floor private quarters. Again, many, many thanks for being the best in plumbing and HVAC!

+ -1 moreSimon is very polite, prompt and professional in his work. Originally he had planned to come a day earlier but his schedule ran over and he promptly let me know and we set a new time. Simon quickly looked at the problem, gave me some clear options and then he fixed it within 30 minutes. Great guy. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would use him again for sure.
Description of Work: A very small but annoying job of fixing and reinstalling a ceiling air diffuser. The existing diffuser adjustment knob had broken off and my attempt at the repair made things worse.

+ -1 moreI had gotten 3 estimates so far and Simon was my last. Simon gave me an option that none of the others had given me. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the different options and then let me choose. He is very personable and did an excellent job. He not only made the hook up work, but built a back board to hide the plumbing work and after noticing the lighting was bad, put in a light that makes the whole space so much nicer! He left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely call him in the future!
Description of Work: Put a washer and dryer hook up in the basement.
