 + -1 moreSean McGannon gave us a detailed estimate of what windows/ doors would be included, and what not, in the estimate, which accurately described what we had talked about. Painting was neat. No messes of scraped particles in the yard. He began and ended the job when he said he would, and responded to e-mails promptly.
Description of Work: Painted and thoroughly scraped existing painted shingles, windows and trim, and bleached and power washed unpainted shingles.

 + -1 moreI had a termite inspection as part of a refinance, and had a short period of time to get the damage corrected. Mr. McGannon was known to me because he'd done some excellent work at my church. He responded on short notice to get everything corrected.
Description of Work: Provided painting and repair for some termite damage on my garage. Mr. McGannon was able to schedule and perform the work in a short period of time. He does excellent work at an excellent price. He's the real deal.
