Excellent service. Tom and Dave came the next day to the check problem. They worked until midnight to finish job. Very pleased with their work and price. Would highly recommend.

Both Tom and Dave responded to my request immediately and scheduled an appointment for 9am the next morning. I called due to what I believed was a backup in my sewer causing water in the basement. They arrived the next morning and got right to work. They were very nice and answered all my questions. They were very professional but also down to earth and didn't hesitate to educate me. There was an additional issue with how my washing machine was hooked up and Tom (who is also a licensed plumber) fixed that too for a good price. The price was competitive and they provided a 30 day warranty for clearing my sewer pipe. They also used a camera to make sure the pipe was clear. I was very satisfied with these guys and would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

United was fast to respond to my request for an appointment through Home Advisor. They were straight forward with their pricing and the final bill matched the quote exactly. The work was completed on time and they warranty the work for 1 year(hopefully i don't need to use the warranty). Payment was taken by credit card on Square, which is very convenient. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

Tom and Dave responded immediately to my post...diagnosed the problem, provided a fair estimate, went for parts, finished the job and cleaned up at the end all in approximately 4 hours. They are very professional, straight forward and kept me informed the whole time. Good job and quick communication. However I had a simple clog right at the clean out, it took 20 minutes to fix and there was no break in the standard pricing.
