Hired United to install an under sink water filter and replace handle trim kit in bathtub. The latter was a real problem since the old valve had frozen to the old trim and had to be cut off and a new valve installed. There was no issue with the project. The water filter replacement wa a bit more time consuming since I lost a connector fitting and the filter and faucet I purchased had two different sizes supply lines. But Tom and Dave handled it and everything works perfectly. The total was $425 for 3.5 hours of labor and parts. Very very happy with the work and will definitely be hiring this crew for future plumbing needs.

they did great work! They figured everything out right away and only did what needed to be done and gave me the cheapest way out. They also advised me on how to avoid problems in the future. The reworked my piping, rather than replacing unclogged the clog, fixed the leaks, fixed the pipng being loose in the chimney and capped a line

I hired Tom and Dave for a leaking water faucet that turns on/off the water for my outdoor sprinkler system. They showed up on-time and were professional, friendly, and worked neatly. Dave & Tom arrived on time. They described what they were going to do. They did a Very Nice job replacing 3 outside faucets & inside shutoffs. They'll be doing more work for me Very Soon. I'd recommend these guys, I was Very Happy with the work done.

Tom and Dave show up on a Saturday morning and got right to work on the project. Not only did they replace my cast iron drain with new PVC pipe but they also cleaned up previous repairs that were routed in a variety angles and also raised the pipe so that I had a better pitch to the drainage. They also replaced the new washing machine hoses that I had for the old ones with no extra charge. There price was very reasonable too. Will surely call them again for any future work I may need.

On a Sunday morning, I submitted a request on Home Advisor for quotes for some plumbing work (remove garbage disposal, replace kitchen faucet, check the water pressure on the bathroom faucet and replace the spindle in the shower). I received a call from Tom at United Sewer and Drain within minutes of submitting the request. They were completing a job and could stop by in late afternoon to give us a quote. Dave and Tom drove to our home in a snowstorm and gave us a quote to complete the work. It was a flat price with no trip fee and no extra fees if they completed the work on a week-end. They could have completed the work that afternoon. We purchased the faucets and a shower head and called them back several weeks later. Tom and Dave came to the house at 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday. They removed the garbage disposal, replaced the kitchen and bathroom faucets, the shower head and replaced the spindle on the shower. They made certain that the hot water was working properly in the shower (correcting an error by a previous serviceman) and made adjustments to the water heater temperature. Tom and Dave did a great job! Everything is working beautifully. They were proficient in their work and professional in their demeanor. We are very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend United Sewer & Drain.

excellent service Tom and Dave came at 10:15 the same day. I called at 7:15 in the evening and they came 3 hours later in a freezing cold evening. They fixed my problem in 15 minutes. I highly recommend United sewer and drain and will use them for all plumbing problems in the future.
