He was very helpful, he came back a few times to make sure things were done correctly and it was no problem, even though this was a smaller job he gave me his full attention

During a wind storm(on a Saturday night of course) the wires from the electric pole to our house were detaching and sparking. National Grid checked it & had to turn off the power until the repairs were made. We called a few other electricians that advertised that they had 24 hour service. None of them returned our call until Monday. Sunday morning we called TPF Electrical Services. Tom (the owner) answered and we asked him come out and let us know what needed to be done. He came out right away, was very professional and explained everything to us. He did all of the work himself and was here for most of the day. He had to wait until Monday to pull the permit and did so right away. He was very helpful getting an inspector to come out on Monday so we could get our power restored. The regular day for the inspector is Wednesday!

Tom agreed to do our small job despite it being a very busy period. for him. It took a few short visits to our house working off and on. He was hard-working and conscientious. Nicest of all, he was always cheerful. I would certainly hire him again - I would trust him to fix anything!

He came by in the evening after a full day of work after hearing the desperation in my voice (we had been 6 days without air conditioning at that point, during a hot spell). He got the upstairs unit done then came back a few days later to finish with the downstairs.

I must say, I am extremely impressed with Tom's ability to respond and communicate quickly and efficiently. He explained clearly exactly what had to be done and what did not. He gave me options and clear costs for everything. He was honest about what was not necessary to do. He could have easily pulled the wool over my eyes but he did not. I had trust in him shortly after speaking with him. The crew was courteous, helpful and always VERY professional ! Since this first job, I have called on Tom for a couple of other jobs and not only was he quick to respond, he was also very conscientious. I would definitely call Tom with any of my electrical needs for my home or my rentals. He's awesome !

After all subcontractors had completed their rehab, TPF Electrical promptly returned to address some minor electrical issues that existed with 64 year-old electrical wiring. Their fine work throughout the house, including the attractive recessed lighting and pendant placed in the kitchen, made for a very desirable property at re-sale. The property was listed immediately following their work and placed under contract in just five days! Fair priced, ethical, courteous and professional. TPF Electrical is a family-owned business with the work ethic and professionalism that is a rare find today. They come highly recommended.

The fee was reasonable and covered all aspects of the job from beginning to end. Work began and finished on time.
