decks, roof cleaning
 + 0 moreI contracted the work because there was an offer from the internet for $120 work for $60. So, I contacted him, he came over and we discussed the work I wanted. The first step was the inspection of the roof and cleaning. He responded in a timely fashion and did the cleaning as we agreed. All his work was well done. There was some miscommunication because of EASL.
Description of Work: They performed the following services: 1) Cleaned the roof. My roof had moss growing on it in many locations since the north side is in the shade. 2) Checked my roof if it needed replacement. He said that the moss causes the shingles to get soft, and then you need to replace the roof. He checked it and said the shingles are fine, so he is an honest man. 3) He also found a problem with the copula on the roof of the garage. He fixed that by replacing several pieces of wood on it. 4) Cleaned and stained the deck. My deck was suffering from years of not being cared for. He pressure cleaned it and then stained it. Excellent work. 5) Cleaned the outside of the house. The aluminum siding was dirty, he cleaned it all.

 + 0 moreI THOUGHT THIS COMPANY OFFERED A LOT OF VARIETY. THEY GAVE US A GREAT QUOTE. THEY WERE ABLE TO BEGIN WORK EARLIER THAN PLANNED AND FINISHED SOONER THAN SCHEDULED ALSO.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY SIDE MY TWO STORY CAPE COD HOME AND THE GARAGE. THEY DID WRAP THE WINDOWS AND REPLACED THE GUTTERS.
