By far the worst company I have ever dealt with.rents where being paid on time to company at an address they no longer occupied, owner brought checks for 2 months straight to original building and instead of figuring out that there was an internal issue they decided to send eviction papers.tenant had to do all the leg work to figure out the issue and they would have been embarrassed and held accountable for there faulty claims of non payment in front of a judicial hearing.to follow that up they decided to send a general email threatening to split dumpster bills with tenants if the dumpster for the unit is overfilled again, now it was there own employees doing a basement rip out of an apartment throwing all junk inside the tenants dumpster.instead of finding out why it was overloaded they thought it best to be a bully and try to send a message that was all wrong.this company is a hammer all the time and has no idea how to properly manage a building or deal with tenant affairs in a business like manner. Would not recommend this company in the least.
