 + 0 moreThey are the best and are unbelievable. The price wasn't outstanding, but it was good. In fact I think they were a little bit more than the other people I had come out, but it was just their whole attitude. They were just awesome. I had called them for something else subsequent to the work I had done and they didn't even charge me. I had an odor in my house, they came out, told me if it happens again to give them a call, and then said they weren't charging me for the visit.
Description of Work: Emergency Response Plumbing ran some gas lines for me, removed an electrical hot water tank, and installed a state of the art high efficiency gas hot water tank. It didn't have to be vented because I removed my chimney, so this new one just vents right outside my house through PVC.

 + -1 moreRude, left muddy footprints in the shower, caused more problems than we had when they arrived.
Description of Work: They unclogged a toilet and also tried to fix a leaky shower head but in the process loosened something that caused leaking through the walls into the downstairs ceiling and doorframe. When they came back to check on it, they were very rude and more concerned about getting paid than doing the job right. Terrible-- I would never use them again.

 + -1 moreThey tried to intimidate me into buying a new furnace, however they fix my furnace with a part. If I bought a new furnace they would apply 400 towards it. They did not have a carbon monoxide tester.
Description of Work: My heating went and they came a couple of day later to fix.

 + -1 moreTHE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME WAS VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL. AND COURTEOUS. IT DID NOT TAKE HIM VERY LONG TO REPLACE OR REPAIR EVERYTHING. I REALLY THINK THAT I HIT THE JACKPOT WITH THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: HE REPLACED THE FAUCET ON MY SHOWER AND THE PLUMBING ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BASEMENT. HE ALSO REPLACED THE DRAIN ON MY BATHTUB.
