They were helpful but the cost was too much for the service provided. $150/hr and they help solve the problem in 10 minutes and then spent another 10 minutes to provide a receipt AFTER I HADTO REQUEST ONE.

he was good and fast. he only charge service very honestman. he went out of is way . birthday. holiday to.

Dave showed up promptly to look at the work that I wanted done. He didn"t even blink an eye when I said that I wanted the entire circuit panel moved. He quoted me a reasonable price and started the job the following Monday. He got 99% of the work done in one day leaving just a couple of unimportant circuts to be finished when he returned at my convience the following Monday. By then I found a couple of other minor things for him to do and he did them with no problem for an additional price. Dave is very reasonable with his price's and he is an expert electrictian. I'm gald that I hired him and I feel very secure about the work that was done. It was probably the best experience I've had hireing anyone to do work at my home!

Hey, these guys did an awesome upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps! They projected two days and completed the job in one long day. I recommend them to everyone. Great Job!

He took $1000 away from me and ran away with it. I filed a police report (Report #2019-00110845). Attached to the report was a copy of the my Bank of America checked that they had cashed.

David R. was great! He promptly returned my call, had next-day availability and quoted my $150 less, for the assessment I needed, then the first organization I talked to. He arrived early, was very friendly and was even able to troubleshoot another small project for a super reasonable fee. He noticed a few other issues in my home and quoted me the cost of taking care of them but never put undue sales pressure on me to get it done. I would certainly recommend their services to others!

I lost most of the power to my house in a heat wave. He came that day to assess the problem. He knew right away what was wrong. He and his crew came two days later, on a Saturday, and fixed the situation. David was courteous, competent, prompt and very easy to work with. I have more electrical work to be done and will be calling him.

He did a professional job everything perfect

Warning! He was hired to remove old knob/tube wiring from a 2 story house (each floor is one apartment). Contract only stated 2nd floor (which I missed, my fault). Payment: Started the job, got his *half deposit*, and to my non-surprise, the next day - NO SHOW. The day after - NO SHOW. It was 4 days before he came back. 100% unprofessional! A family member was home every day & I heard how he always complained about how he was getting screwed, and how he took 45min-1 hour breaks all the time. When actually at the house, it was for only 3-4 hours a day. This was at most a 3 day job, however, from the day he started to the day he finished - it was 13 days. Yes, seriously, 13 days! 12 days into the job, family called me to say the refrigerator was not working and the breaker was *tripping*. When I investigated, I discovered that he ran the new bathroom wire to the refrigerator breaker. He said it was *temporary*, so he caused a malfunction, then left it like that for us to discover later. I removed his wire and presto, a working breaker and a working refrigerator. Upon inspection of the breakers, I discovered he ran 14 gauge wire to 20 amp breakers, a HUGE no-no as you can burn the house down that way! Again, he said it was *temporary*. Sorry but you do not *EVER* put 14 gauge on 20 amps. An important point on his *temporary* comment - For the entire job, the breaker cover was OFF, yet when I went to look at the problem that evening, the cover was ON, so if the wiring inside was *temporary*, then why was the cover ON? I strongly feel he was covering up his sloppy work hoping I would not notice it. His ladder broke the plaster wall in several places, apparently it is my responsibility to fix what he damaged. On the final walk through, I discovered the following issues: 1) The 2nd floor basement light switch was completely removed, so I had a working light switch and now I do not 2) The 1st floor apartment basement light switch was not working properly. We spent over 1 hour arguing that he needed to fix this because that wire *came from* a junction box that he was working in. The fix took less than 5 minutes, yet he complained and argued with me for over 1 hour about it 3) A 2nd floor wall socket that he rewired had an open ground. He said it was not his responsibility to fix it. I said, yes, you ran that new wire, so you need to fix it. More moaning and complaining that *hes been screwed on this job* and *out of his generosity* he rewired the 2nd floor porch light. I was like *huh, the 2nd floor porch light is part of the 2nd floor* - he said nope. I said *seriously - how is the 2nd floor porch light not part of the 2nd floor*. At that point I said, you can fix the wall socket or leave. He threatened to call the city because I did not *pull a permit*. I said *I hired you and under state law and city ordinances, YOU HAVE TO pull the permit, not me and that I would be happy to discuss the situation with the city and the state contractors board.* Several minutes later, the wall socket was properly grounded. 4) In the contract it stated that 4 closets were to have pull/chain lights installed in them. Only 3 were done. When asked about it, he said *the closet was too small to get into*. Oh, so you moan and complain about stuff you have to do per the contract, but do not even bother to tell me -- until I discover that you did NOT do work per the contract. Summary - Extremely unprofessional, No shows/No communications, constant complaining - In my opinion, I feel he was covering up his sloppy work hoping I would not notice it - No permit pulled, then threatened me with action when it was his legal responsibility If you want to hire this man, just do not

Was connected within minutes through HomeAdvisors. Dave was professional and arrived on time. Did the work the day after the call. I was quite pleased with the work. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Dave picked up an kitchen over head light with a fan and quickly put it up. He is coming back in a few weeks to do it again in the bedroom.

Before I hired David I read his reviews. Most were good but a few had complaints. As a landlord I worked hard to please my tenants and know that some people can be rotten, mean and impossible to please. The more people you serve the more you will be exposed to bad apples. David is a busy man doing great work and can't take time to respond to the cranks or even to get back to the good folks with a "Thank you" as he told me. I told him I would give him a great review after he completed my project. This R it! Thanks for excellent communication, timely response, fair pricing and doing it right!

Working with Dave at Electricians R Us was a pleasure. I needed a new double oven installed. This project required a junction box extension and then final installation. Called on a Monday and job was completed by noon the very next day. Price was reasonable and actually less than three other estimates from other companies I called. I would not hesitate to hire him for any future jobs.

Professional and very pleasant, the work was done quickly and well. It was not especially cheap -- I'd say about "the going rate" -- but sometimes when the price is cheap, you get what you pay for. I am very happy with my experience and would hire them again without hesitation!

I had a great experience with Electricians R Us! Dave and Don were able to come out same day and put a few of my homeowner headaches to rest. They hooked up a couple of security flood lights and tackled a couple of other lights for me. Great customer service, fair pricing. Would highly recommend, and I’ll be calling them again myself.

New England Security Systems were excellent. Difficult job as I have a 1901 historical building. They were on time, professional with excellent Electrican’s and did more than I hired them for. More expensive but well worth it!!
