Electrician's R Us RI

This company did not show up at the agreed upon time. Dave did not call us to let us know this. After many tries we were finally able to get an answer and a day and time. He again promised to come early the next day only to arrive by 1:00pm. When he described what work would be done, he assured me that all the work would be up to code and done correctly. This was not the case....he also left a whole in my ceiling where a recessed light was supposed to go! I have now had to hire another electrician to re-do all of Dave's work....this is unacceptable ...I cannot recommend this company....

He arrived a little later than specified but his personality and quality of work was excellent. Offered good suggestions. Reasonable price. Secretary very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would readily recommend.

Dave did an outstanding job locating an unconnected wire in the wall of my new house. Dave was apply to apply power to a dead wall outlet. Outstanding job and very reasonable for the time required to repair outlet.

They were late. I cleaned up mess after them. although, they did a god job, and I would recommend.

The WORST "professional" I have ever dealt with. Hired to rewire entire house (900 s.f.). Left us without power for 2 weeks, then only had 1 outlet for a month. Many promises to do work, but only showed up after repeated calls, and even then it was stop and go. Put us a month behind scheduled move-in date. After 2 months, I told the secretary that I was starting to get f'ing pissed off, so the second the work was completed (didn't reconnect service to the garage, claiming it wasn't included, despite him cutting the line) he demanded payment or would call police because I used profanity.

Electricians R Us do good work but as other reviews have stated, they are sometimes hard to get hold of and do not always keep appointment times. I am very happy with the job and the value.

For this job, I was replacing an electric stove with gas and had to remove a 240v outlet and put in a new 120v outlet. They handled my job like it was the most important one of their day and I think the price was a real value. Dave and Manny were an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy going, professional and willing to answer tons of questions from me about my new home. I have more complicated electrical work to do and I'll be calling them again!

eDid the complete upgrade from 100 amp service to a 200 amp service in less than 8 hr., Work right thru lunch and cleaned up work site spotless. (The weather was cold as HELL) God help them. They Tested complete system, everything worked just fine. They saved my bacon. ---- Would hire again for-sure. I'm very pleased with a job well done. "Thank You, David and Ray."

Was not satisfied with Electrician's R Us performance. They were not prompt , had to wait days and were always late. They did not return calls right away. The job was not finished as expected within the quoted price. Left things unfinished. Couldn't resolve the problem. Then I was recommended another Electrician and they were excellent completed the job with no problem. Electrician's R Us are no good!! Don't use them.

dave was very good and upfront with everything that was to be done his partener ray was also very good they were very polite and very clean with all the work very happy with the work

I needed a new outlet for my washer and dryer before they were installed...Electricians R Us RI came the same day I called and were very helpful. The electrician even helped me remove some wiring we didn't need and organized the mess of wiring we had in our basement.

Excellent communication and can-do attitude despite a few unknowns about underground wire condition. Was responsive to scope changes prior to work commencing and submitted requotes quickly. I would definitely hire them again.

I published my project yesterday and today it is completed. At some point during the rains we had there was a leak into the circuit box. So much so that there was a puddle in the bottom of the box. David came out to the house on Saturday to check the job. He had to change everything from the outside to the inside. He was prompt , conscientious and reasonably priced. We will be calling him again for every electrical project we have.

Service was amazingly fast and they did a wonderful job ... even cleaned up after themselves. Their cost was the lowest bid I'd received. If ever I need service again or I know of a friend who needs service, I will go out of my way to recommend them.

David did a great job rewiring our kitchen during the remodel. I thought the price was fair for the work preformed. I will HAVE THEM DO WORK FOR US IN THE FUTURE AND i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
