I have an older house wich has older electrical installations. I needed to bring the utility / laundry room up to code. They installed a new 220 volt dryer receptical with associated cabling. They also noted other outlet and junction box issues which they fixed onm the spot. Work quickly and are very neat.

Dave and John were excellent. Told us how long the job would take and were spot on. Very clean workers. Knowledge, courteous and pleasant. They replaced the outlets and switches in our entire house as the house is 90 years old. The company stands by their word and backs up their guarantee. We feel very confident we found our electricians for life and will call them again.

We had several minor things fixed, including: installation of an emergency furnace shut off switch and firematic, updating and securing of various wiring elements both indoors and outdoors, etc. But perhaps, the most impressive work they did was performing the major task of replacing our old electrical panel with a new one. This was no small job and they got it done not just quickly, but with care and attention to detail too! They even cleaned up any and all messes they made during their work! All in all, my family was very impressed with these electricians on every level.

Dave was efficient and capable. Was pleased to have my bathroom fan and sunroom receptacle taken care of.. Unfortunately I was uncomfortable with Dave when he began to solicit various electrical upgrades. Apparently Dave is a heavy smoker as he reek of cigarette smoke.

Called them in the am, and they came out the very same afternoon to upgrade two outlets for me. My phone call was picked up on the first ring (where others hadn't), and they were very flexible offering different days/times they could come out . Price quoted over phone was accurate & reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Requested estimate from 3 different electricians to replace old fuse box with newer circuit breaker panel. Got lowest quote for "job to be done up to code" but did not explicitly say would obtain a permit, so yes, I should have verified this, but to me it was implied in the paperwork with the electrician. Electrician did not get permits for work then wanted to charge us $150 in late fees to get work inspected (which was fee that town would charge because work was done un-permitted).. Electrician refused to call me back to discuss failure on his part to obtain permit and sketchy nature of estimate despite multiple attempts for me to contact him. I asked the reception staff "if it is legal required to obtain a permit" and they would not answer my question. Electrician also never followed up with paperwork that was requested by me through his office for certification of work done for sale of house despite receptionist agreeing to forward information to our realtor. He removed an outlet from the area around the circuit breaker and then did not replace it either with no discussion with me about removing or moving the outlet if it was not to code. Greatly dissatisfied with professionalism, lack of follow up regarding concerns, and outright lies regarding paperwork follow up. Do not recommend at all.. his work seemed fine, but I should have been suspicious that he was "able to get me on the schedule so fast" and just the utter lack of communication after the work was done is really what bothers me. Don't try to BS your way past the fact that you are required to obtain permits and use different wording in your written estimates to give yourself an out and then if someone calls you out on your scheming, have the courage to follow up with a client. Glad there as sites like this that allow for reviews so hopefully someone else isn't taken advantage of by this company.

Dave was timely and very responsive. He came out, looked at the work to be done, provided a quote with the ability to do the work the next day. His pricing was the best price received from the quotes requested. Within 4 hours he completed all that needed to be done Very pleased. He also had to repair work left by another electrician.
