Joe was terrific. He is very responsive, friendly, and easy-going. Everything went as requested and beyond (his repair of the broken concrete is something he did on his own. I didn't know it was there! A life saver)

Everything has been right on. If it's rainy or if there's another reason they can't do my yard as scheduled, I always hear from Mrs. Brito. They clean up after themselves, and my yard always looks great when they're done.

I had hired Brito Lawn Care 6 months ago to replace the grass in our front yard and to widen and existing concrete driveway. Mr. Brito had mentioned sealing the driveway at that time, but I waited until fall to have him return. There were some cracks in the new pavement which were patched and then the entire new surface was sealed. The Brito crew also gave the front lawn a mowing and fall feeding. Mrs. Brito promptly handles e-mail communications from the office, and Mr. Brito personally handles the on-site work - punctual and diligent. The price was fair considering the amount of work involved.

Asked for a estimate to install apx. 50 feet of existing fence, they came out and looked at the job. Received phone call from them that job was to big.

He came on a Thursday for estimate, that Saturday he came to do work we discussed. I was not there, as I had to go out. I left the check between the back door and storm door. When I returned all of the work was done as we had discussed. Very good!

He trimmed the branches and asked me to check and see if it looked good. I still thought the branches were too low, so they went back and trimmed more off. The estimate that he quoted was exactly what he charged. He had 4 people working with him. I was very pleased because he really tried to do exactly what I wanted, and he stuck to his price. I've also used him for the fall clean-up, raking up all of the leaves and putting them into the back of our property, as we requested. They also did a very good job with that. I'll continue to use him this fall!

I intend to continue to use Brito.

Went very well. Joe met me after work (6pm) to give me an estimate as to how much the work would cost. His wife Vina emailed me a bill at the end of the month.

He did an excellent jog pub removing the shrubs and roots. Most of my ground cover, including some flowers were removed. As a result, we had to purchase mulch and lay it in place of the ground cover. The cherry tree was hacked; what was once a beautiful tree had branches sawed off. The same with the rose of sharon. We were in shock. Over time the tree is looking better ( due to new growth) but we still can't understand why it was "trimmed" the way it was. There were three other shrubs that he trimmed and shaped and did a nice job with those. Our advice would be to make sure you are home when any lawn care company begins their work. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, he did offer to come and meet with us, but we declined. There didn't seem to be much to talk about. We just paid the bill and moved on.

When we bought our house, we knew that it would need work, inside and outside. It's a small house, with a small yard, in an urban setting sometimes described as "transitional". Within those constraints, we are working to create an oasis with green grass, small trees, and some flowers. We discussed this with the Brito's, and they are working with us to reach that goal.

Icontacted Brito Lawn Care because I needed shrubs cut and some yard work done. Joe Brito came to my house. I thought his price was high but I agreed because of the good reviews and I needed the work done. We shook hands and he told me his wife would contact me to tell me when the work could be scheduled. I never heard from them again. If he didn't want to do the work, he never should have agreed to do it. Would not recommend Brito to anyone.

They were very good. Its an older couple who owns the place and they were friendly and had good follow up. They had reasonable price. They were reliable.

Joe put 2" of topsoil down and a whole bunch of seed. I watered and watered and slowly grass appeared. My lawn is green as far as the eye can see (although sparse in areas) but I still have a lot of weeds to manage.

They did a decent job for a very good price. They were a bit late arriving (stuck in traffic) which is the only aspect that wasn't exactly as described. Joe's English is not very good but the service is great, and his wife, Vina, handles all the bookings and quotes and is an excellent and prompt communicator. I'm moving from RI but would definitely use them again as my go-to garden company. They are no-frills, hard-working and very decently priced for the service.

They showed up when they said they would. Their price was very competitive.

They did a good job with the mulching and mow. But the cleanup was a little less then what we hoped for.

Excellent - price to value was great!

Joe and his team started the morning of March 14th and finished by the end of the day on March 15th. The fence was up and completed by the end of the first day. The second day was spent on the front lawn and the back lawn. They did a thorough job. Very impressive.
