it went fine as usual, they are very neat and efficient.

Everything went great. We also hired them to do the yard clean up amd mowing at our new place. We had ordered a riding mower that took longer than expected to arrive. They fit us into there very busy spring schedule. Joe, his wife Vina and their crew were just a pleasure to work with. I wish all companies ran their businesses as they do.

This is the third season I've had Brito care for my lawn. I've noticed that another neighbor has also begun to use them. They do routine care throughout the summer and yard cleaning in the fall and spring. I've been very happy with them.

excellent- grass is looking healthy and responsiveness to e-mails has been very timely.

He did a very good job. He came right out and was fairly priced. I would highly recommend them. I'm going to use them for another masonry project.

This company is AMAZING!!! Vina and Joe run a very organized and efficient company. Vina was great about communicating everything involved in the job including when work would be done and the status of material delivery. If I had any concerns or questions she was great about answering my emails and quelling concerns. Joe was also a pleasure to work with. He has a keen eye for detail is very meticulous with his work. I couldn't have asked for a better end result and a better experience overall. I would absolutely recommend Brito Lawn Care and would use them again in a heartbeat.

overall, I am very happy with the work. The Britos are very nice to work with, I always prefer to give my business to a 'mom and pop' place, and their price was fair as well. Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I had been more specific about the stairs that were built (they are fine, but could be more nicely done) thought I do not really fault them since I was not. I did have a couple of requests during the job, which were all quickly met without any additional charge (being able to open the fence gate from either side, laying dirt over the dug up areas). I feel I dealt with an honest company, and would use them again.

Came to look at gardens and give an estimate, which was very fair. Scheduled a day/time to come to do the work. Arrived a little later than expected (he was picking up the mulch), but once there, performed work quickly and well.

Very professional, courteous and fast. The whole experience was a pleasure, and everyone involved were very attentive and friendly. Mr. Brito and his crew arrived on time and performed the job as discussed, making sure to check with me to ensure were were completely satisfied. I will hire his services in the future for sure.

They are great. They actually ( inaudible 2:11.8 to 2:14.7) and that came out really, really nice. They are very consciences about what they do. Even their guys, the boss isn't on sight an the guys go around picking up every little leaf and everything. They don't ( inaudible 2:41.2) on a job. The last time they came out they did an over all clean up. They did everything, they did gutters, the whole ( inaudible 03:05.1). They did a great job. The biggest job before that was a ( inaudible 03:09.8) wall and did a fantastic job. They keep the budget, they get the work done. I don't know how they do it, bit they do, for the money that they ask for it. They usually have lots of guys on the job. Their quality is excellent.

They were prompt, they showed up on time. And their work was acceptable. Their cost were the lowest from all quotes that I've got. I will use them again.

Called for an estimate and someone responded right away. They came out and have us a fair price. We ended up doing the work ourselves but I would call them again in the future because of their professionalism and responsiveness.

We were able to talk easily through email - through Vina (sp?). She set up the dates and the services. The work was performed quickly and they were very clean - there really wasn't any debris (even concrete bits or chipped paint) for us to have to clean up. The price was very reasonable.

As sated above. Not reliable if they can't return a cold call.

Brito mowed our lawn after we moved out of our house. We didn't even need to meet them. They did the work beautifully, according to our agent, and billed us. We are very pleased with the way everything went.

We have a very old home and it seems to need constant repairs (sigh.) After having sub-par work done, I joined Angie's List where I found Brito Lawn Care. Our front steps are cement with brick detailing. Many of the decorative bricks had fallen off the steps making them dangerous to walk on. The cement was beginning to crumble on the stairs. In addition our cement front walkway had deep cracks from water erosion and even a deep hole washed away under the cement. I called Brito for a quote after seeing that they did masonry work in addition to lawn care. We received a quote for $300.00 which was SO reasonable, that I kept asking questions like, "You see the crumbling cement stairs, right?" "Did you see all the bricks that fell off?" "You included filling the eroded sidewalk in with the quote?" I agreed to the price, but was a bit wary that all the work that needed to be done may have not been included in the quote. I was wrong! Joe Brito arrived promptly and set to work. Not only did he chip away all the old mortar off the front steps, replace the bricks, fill ALL the holes and cracks, fix damage on another set of stairs, he even painted the front steps and resurfaced the entire cement entryway to our home. It took him two days in cold weather and he returned to touch up the cement the second day. It looks like a million bucks and I cannot believe the quality of work for such a reasonable price. I'm thrilled with the results. It's so nice to work with someone who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Brito Lawn Care!

They did a fine overall job. They are fair and honest and don't come on rainy days to cut the lawn like some who do my neighbors yards. They started doing my yard last year, they did it this year, and I will continue to have them next year. They are always courteous.
