To Allclean restoration, We will no longer be needing your (lack of) service. It took over 4 months for the required estimates to be sent in to the insurance company. We were told you were waiting for the insurance company's approval, three weeks before you finally submitted them. We were told that your electrician & plumber were scheduled to begin this week. I cancelled the electrician that I had scheduled to do the job last week. Then we were told you were waiting for the city of Attleboro to approve the permit application. After speaking with the building inspector's office yesterday, they haven't even been applied for yet. The building permit application (not electrical or plumbing) is missing information so will never be approved until you address the omissions. Your office was clueless about the licenses the building permit required and didn't know if you had them! I can't even fathom how your company isn't familiar with the process for obtaining the required permits & licenses. I have spoken with my parents' insurance company and will look for a storage unit to have Mom's possessions moved to. I will let you know as soon as possible. Could you please send us an invoice for work done. I will have their insurance adjuster look it over. Please do not include cost for your contractor to NOT fix their furnace. You were aware that the fan was still not cycling & running constantly. (The problem that was supposed to be fixed!!!) You also said that it was popping the circuit breakers, which it did not do before! It was your responsibility to have the contractor you hired make it right. You told me you would have him come back when the job was done & ready to be inspected. That will not be happening. If you signed off on a job that wasn't done, that's between you & your contractor. Apparently, Rui just spoke to my husband and told him he didn't care about losing the job because you were too busy for this job anyways. You accepted the job from Jeff Lace 5 months ago!!! I will definitely be filing a complaint against your company. What a horrible way to treat my elderly parents! I cannot believe you would subject such elderly people to so much unnecessary stress. I'm ashamed for you! Sincerely, Pam Newman

Highly satisfied; All Clean recommended as supervising contractor by insurance company after we found that roof was leaking and in bad shape, and as a result had water damage to ceiling and walls. All Clean managed the arrangements with both roofing company and painters. All work done satisfactorily and per agreed upon dates and prices as determined by insurance company. Very painless for us as we didn't have to make any arrangements with individuals; just dealt with All Clean
