At first it was all puppies and rainbows. Scott said our pool would look beautiful when it was done. That was in March. We put down $2500 of the $5,000 we agreed on for the acid wash 2X, sanding, corking, fix and seal the concrete cracks around the pool, and painting w Epoxy paint. Its been delayed for weeks due to the rain. My complaint is this. This man is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. His phone is always off, he doesnt text and his mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message. Then he gave me an additional number to call, which has since been shut off, so he gave me ANOTHER number, which now goes straight to voice mail. It leaves a VERY uneasy feeling with my husband and I. Especially after finding these other bad reviews. I've never dealt with someone SO hard to get in touch with. Do your research when you are finding someone to paint your pool. Im about to finish this job myself.

Sometime in Spring of 2009, previous owners of our home hired Scott Blanchard of Scott's Pool Service to paint the inground concreate pool located at 1 Birch Hill Avenue, North Smithfield, RI. They paid $4,000.00 for the service. We moved in and bought the home in July, 2009. By the end of the summer, we noticed some of the paint peeling off in some areas of the pool. In summer of 2010, the paint was peeling off on all the sides of the pool. We alerted the previous owners and they called Scott with the complaint that the service that they paid for didn't even last a year and wanted this problem rectified. In June of 2011, Scott's Pool Service finally came back to repaint the pool a SECOND time. Unfortunately, by August the paint was starting to peel off again. As of August, 2012, the paint in our pool is peeling off in large chunks and is a mess. Very disappointing and frustrating!! My recommendation is DON'T hire this company if you own an inground concrete pool and want it painted and serviced correctly! NOTE: Not once during all these problems with the pool has Scott or a representative from his company ever called to ask how everything was going with the pool.
