Description of Work: They came out and cleaned out our furnace as we weren't getting enough heat coming out the of the system. This was the annual maintenance. He was able to come out within a couple days. The fee was less than the maintenance when we had our oil burner.

 + -1 moreMike Freitas installed my new boiler, a Navien combination hot water & heating system. He came out on a Saturday for a service call because I had no heat, at no charge. When they installed my new system a few weeks later, the workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Mike. They did a very neat, professional installation, even patched the concrete floor where the old system was. His prices are competitive and he takes a lot of pride in his work.
Description of Work: Installation of a new energy efficient combination hot water heating boiler. Removal & disposal of the old system.

Description of Work: Mr Freitas converted our old oil heating and hot water systems to a new effecient gas system two years ago. He was recommended to us by National grid. We were very pleased with the work he did. He took care of every detail for us. Last week we had our first problem since installation. No heat or hot water. We called Michael and he was here in no time. He came back and forth to meet with the gas company, and got the issue resolved. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in need of heating,cooling or plumbing needs. He was friendly and respectful. His work was neat and clean. I believe anyone who hires him would be pleased and satisfied with the services he provides.

Description of Work: Did not work with this company because when I spoke to the owner he told me someone could come out Mon or Tues to estimate the job, I agreed. No one called me to confirm a time that they would come over & then someone other than the owner showed up at my door out of the blue. He showed up at what was a bad time for me. However I let him in to see the job anyway. The guy who came in was unprofessional in manner & appearance, he did not look at the job thorouighly before telling me that it would be very extensive. Then I asked him to take a better look at what needed to be done & then he said, oh, it would not be as much work as he thought. I expected to meet with the owner & he sent one of his guys over to look at the job. I never even heard from anyone after he looked at the job! I found this company to be very unprofessional & I would not consider using their services.

 + -1 moreOur tenant smelled gas. National Grid came out, found 3 small leaks and shut off our gas. Since it's winter and our house is heated by gas, we needed it back on ASAP. We called Michael, he showed up quickly after we purchased a new stove. He installed the new stove, replaced and fixed all leaking fixtures, and performed tests to make sure the system was tight and there were no other leaks. National Grid eventually came back out and we were able to get our gas turned back on.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 leaking parts in gas pipes. Installed new gas oven and range. Replaced old connectors. Michael also previously installed a gas line for our dryer.
