Kevin Carter made a long home visit with detailed measurements taken and tailored solutions recommended that were sensitive to the unique design of our old Victorian home.Kevin Carter impressed us with his knowledge of how to use the UNICO system to minimize the visual impact of the system on both the exterior and interior of the home.Parts were ordered promptly, were delivered on time, and work began and ended precisely according to the timetable we were initially promised.Attention to detail, quality of parts and installation, finish carpentry, daily clean-up and final walk-through were all first-rateThe system works unobtrusively; it is highly effective and has "vanished" into the historic character of the home. (How they pulled it off with all the home's unique Victorian nooks, crannies, oddly shaped rooms, limited access, narrow conduits and minute crawl spaces, I will never know. But they did it and the system is PERFECT for this type of old property.)We are still impressed with how seamlessly this installation meshes with the fabric of our home without any discernable impact on its architectural integrity and pre-existing, period-appropriate renovations. It is truly a work of art!Kevin's crew at Carter Brothers Oil are such hard workers. They come to your house at about 9:00 am and stay until late. They leave your house impeccably clean and tidy before leaving each day and, of course, at project's end.The UNICO systems are not cheap by any means, but in this case YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It just works beautifully, cooling the home evenly across all rooms and spawling foyers, hallways and staircasesWe would do it again in a heartbeat and, when we have saved enough to hire Kevin once more (!), we will do the first floor as well.We have provided "over the phone" references for Kevin on 2-3 occasions and we will continue to do so as long as he asks us. We are true fans of his company's work.One day last year, Kevin even invited me out to look at an East Side/College Hill project--not dissimilar to our own--to show me how a forced air heating system could be integrated into the UNICO a/c system. Impressive... and maybe one day we'll opt for this too.Go ahead, give them a call! Initially the price estimate may shock you... BUT THE SYSTEM AND EXTRAORDINARILY HIGH STANDARD OF INSTALLATION, QUIET OPERATION, AND THERMOSTAT ACCURACY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY.

IT WORKS GREAT. THEY PUT IN A BOILER DOWNSTAIRS AND THE HOT WATER IT GENERATES MAKES THE HEATERS WARM. THE GUYS WERE REALLY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY LEFT NO MESS BEHIND AND MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.
