After the honest reccommendation from North Smithfield Roofing, we decided to hire them. The roof and gutters of our home desperately needed to be cleaned. Also, the gutters needed new guards installed. James and Jim Lavelle are respectful, pleasant, friendly and professional people who managed to accommodate us in their tight schedule. They care about their customes and do their best to provide the best service possible. We are very pleased with the results and quality of their work. Highly recommend NS Roofing for all of your roof needs. Will definitely hire them again.

Very well. Jim was very responsive, called me back immediately. When they needed to stop due to rain, Jim contacted me to let me know. They returned promptly the next day to complete the project.

I Saw his ad in the Bargain Buyer magazine. Set up an appointment with Jim and he showed up on time as agreed. He explained in detail all that would be needed and provided. Then he took measurements and inspected existing roof. Then he told me he would work up a price and e-mail me with a proposal. Later on that day I received his quote. I told him I already had 1 estimate and would be having another the following day. After receiving the 3 estimates I decided on No. Smithfield roofing. I called him back and he came the next day for a signature on the contract. We scheduled the job for the following week. The day of the job I think 6 or 7 of his men showed up all within 5 minutes of the starting time. Jim was here to direct things besides doing work himself. They all worked with a purpose and sense of teamwork. All his men were polite, friendly and hardworking. They stripped and replaced the entire roof in 8 hrs. They cleaned up and at the end of the day the only evidence they were even there was a new and beautiful roof. And several tire tracks in my muddy driveway. I would use this company for any other service I need because they do other construction work in addition to roofs with the same crew.

THE COMPANY IS RAN IN AN EFFICIENT WAY. THEY DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN TWO DAYS. THEY DID HAVE THEIR SMALL FLAWS, BUT I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
