Great job! Came on time... did a great job.. left yard looking great.

This company did not show to do the job. Communication was poor and I was blown off in the end

showed up at 8:15 and were done by 5. Didn't ruin my yard. Took apart a vinyl fence and put it back when they were done.

Dennis was quick to respond to my telephone call. We worked with each other's schedules to find a time to meet. He visited my home within a couple of days, took a look at the job and wrote me an estimate on the spot. Our communication was very clear, no misunderstandings - he told me he would be able to do the job within a few weeks, based on weather. He kept in touch, we exchanged phone calls, and set the date a week prior to the job. The day of the job, he arrived before 8:30AM with his crew, and they worked extremely hard, barely stopping for a lunch break. His crew is great - very polite, straight-forward and friendly guys. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They are obviously very experienced in working with large trees, and I was reassured to see that they use ropes to lower most of the tree limbs (which they cut before lowering) rather than dropping the whole tree. Believe me, I have seen some crazy things happening with other tree companies on friends' properties. From the beginning to the end of the job, they worked safely and calculated everything before attempting to cut or lower limbs. They brought their two trucks and chipper into my driveway and did all their chipping there. The cleanup was fast and efficient. I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend East Coast Tree Works.

This job took 1.5 days. The men arrived at the appointed time, efficiently cut and sectioned trees (some trees were in difficult locations). All debris was removed. They also trimmed a dogwood tree which had a rough winter. We are extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of East Coast Tree Works.

He never did the job even I was willing to hire him.

I spent close toe $500 on that work. They did the work very efficiently and professionally. They came when they said they would and did the work.

Dennis and crew did a great job. Professional, did all work requested and more. Cleaned the area well. This is my second time using Dennis, he is the only tree service I would ever use.

Things like punctuality, neatness, courtesy and honesty impress me. Dennis (East Coast Tree Works) and his crew met all of these requirements. The completed job, met the estimate and the work was done professionally and punctually. Dennis suggested things that could be done to improve the appearance of my trees and yard and I basically gave him leeway in determining what to do. I couldn't be more pleased. I found East Coast Tree Works in an add in the local "Bargain Buyer" newspaper. I selected 5 companies from whom I would request estimates and Dennis (East Coast Tree Service) was the first call I made. As it turns out, it was the only call I needed to make. I knew within about 5 minutes of showing Dennis my project, listening to his suggestions and receiving his estimate, that I had found the company that I would like to have to complete the job. It's nice to know that there are companies out there that still do business the "old fashioned" way; hassle free and with pride.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THEY WERE POLITE, FRIENDLY AND SOCIABLE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY REMOVED ALL OF THE TREES, ROOTS AND CLEANED UP THE LIMBS AND SUCH VERY WELL.
