I needed a part and spoke to a fellow on the phone from Designer Pools. He had said they had what I needed so I ran down there. When I got there he was not there and the woman who was there said they didn't and she was very short with me. I was exasperated, because I wouldn't have gone down there and he didn't leave a message with the other clerk so she had no clue what I was talking about. I just thought the were disorganized and wasted my time. I was not happy about it.
Description of Work: I contacted Designer Pools to see if they had a part I needed.

Not only did we provide Member with the Regional Sales Rep. direct line. We had her speak with him directly while still in the store. Tim Ivey the Sales Rep. of Hayward Pool products informed Member that there were so many types of skimmers that it was virtually impossible to match the part without seeing the skimmer in person. The sales clerk then provided Member with a book containing all the styles, sizes, and varieties of skimmers Hayward has to offer and proceeded to show her which ones that we had in the store at that time. Unfortunately, at that time we did not have the one that Member needed. We strive to meet the needs of our customers and understand the frustration when your expectations are not met. However, there was never an opportunity for us to amend the situation as the options given were refused.
