it went very smooth. The roof had 2 layers od shingle . I have found very few nails finished in one day and worked into the night to finish. My neighbor was so impredded with how quickly they finished he stopped and asked me for their number

Shaun and his crew from Above All Roofing arrived on time and completed the snow removal very quickly. Shaun's crew removed more snow for the same price that was the Angie's list deal. There could have been an added cost due to the roof height and pitch. They also cleaned off the porch area and the driveway that had gotten covered by the fallen roof snow. Shaun was able to show up a day earlier than was originally schedled which was beneficial to us in preventing further damage from the ice dams. He contacted us by phone as we had requested to ensure that we would be available. Shaun also gave a timely response when we contacted him a few days later when we needed a written receipt for services. We would not hesitate to use Above All Roofing for further work that will need to be done once the weather permits.

I had about 3ft of snow on my roof and I feared it could collapse. The crew from Above All Roofing cleared it all up. Shaun was prompt at scheduling and punctual at the appointment. A+ review well deserved.

My house has suffered the effects of this frigid, harsh and snowy winter. Ice dams formed on the roof . The ice dams have caused interior damage to my home. The provider, Shaun, inspected the roof situation. Shaun carefully explained the entire process. Most of all he listened to me and answered all my questions. I felt confident he could remedy the situation. Shaun was very informative, professional, courteous and honest. His neat and tidy crew was a plus. I will use Above All Roofing for all future repairs.

Had services done by this provider and they did a good job, but my friends were charged a fraction of the cost I was charged for some reason. There was nothing fraud about this but I was told that this was a special angies list rate for $700 for the first 1800 square feet and adter that was an extra $200 per square foot. The roofinf company told me it was an additional 3500 sq foot on my roof. I was charged an extra $3500 beyound the extra $700 I was quoted on the angies list big deal. Then Ive heard from several friends including someone who has a bigger home than mine and have paid much less. Im a little vexed by the situation. The roofer has offered me a rebate for a part of the additional cost. I am not as dissatisfied as when I wrote my original review. UPDATE Turns out that in addition to that, when they did the snow and ice removal, they damaged several roofing tiles. I had to pay to have that whole section of roof replaced.

We are pleased with the service. We would use them again.

Decided not to go ahead with the work rather use the money towards a roof repair in the near future.

The owner, Shaun, answered my call promptly and squeezed me in to his very busy schedule.He keep me informed as to when they would be coming to my house. It was changing because of the storms we were having. He was very professional and explained what they would be doing and why they were doing it that way so as not to damage the roof . They were very efficient in the process and cleaned up all the snow that felt to the ground. I have already referred him to 3 people.

They did an excellent job in removing the snow from the roofs and shoveled the driveway and sidewalk of the snow from the roof. The big deal was for 1,600 square feet. To clear all of the snow should have cost another $3,200, but he only charged me $2,000. I feel it was an extremely fair price for the work they did. I would definately use them again.

We had a Ice Dam with water leaking in the house. He came out the next day with a crew and had the snow off the roof in 90 minutes.He arrived early.

His men cleared the roof in good time and I saw a change in the amount of leaking very quickly. The next day, all the leaking had stopped. I will definately use Above All Roofing in the future.

Shaun responded to my request within 8 hours. We talked several times after that and he kept me informed as to when he would be coming. He called the night before to tell me he would be there the next afternoon and showed up just around noon, sooner than I had expected. When he arrived he explained what would be done and that his men would not leave the snow thrown off the roof in the walkways. His men took about hour to clear all the snow from the roof and shovel what came off the roof from the walkways. They did an excellent job and were very courteous. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

I can't rave enough about this company! We saw Shaun's ad on Angie's List and within 24hours of calling him, he called me back with an appointment for an estimate for roof snow removal and ice dam treatments. He truly went above it all, and within 48hours of the first call he got us into his already packed schedule as he was working in our area, and within 30 minutes the job on our two story colonial was completed including shoveling all the snow from our roof and applying chemical treatments to recede our ice dams. He also included in his price, for no additional cost, a complete cleanup of the fallen snow from our deck, driveway, and front walkway. Those areas looked better after they left than before he got there! Shaun was very informative about the process of treating our house so that we knew every detail of what was going on. We would use his company again in a minute, for fast, friendly, professional, informative and extremely reasonably priced service.

It was a great experience working with the Above All Roofing team. We had ice dams start to cause some leaks. Shaun came out the same day to look at the problem and provide an estimate/schedule the work to be done. It was a Tuesday and he said he would be out with his team by Saturday. He called early Thursday and came to do the snow removal work that morning. He had a large crew and was done removing the snow from our very large (3100sq ft) roof in less than an hour. He also provided us with advice and noted that once all the ice melted in the spring he would be able to assess any additional damage and repairs needed to flashing. Great to do business with!

I called Above All Roofing on 12/22/14, because a different contractor that I had called three weeks earlier never came to do the job. On December 23, Shaun Riley and Chris from Above All Roofing came to my house. While Mr. Riley gave me an estimate for two other jobs (repair the edge of a rubber roof, and replace a leaking gutter), Chris cleaned the four gutters that are impossible for me to reach, and while he was up there he checked for any roof problems that might need repair. I have used Above All Roofing in the past and have found them to be professional, respectful, friendly, and customer-oriented. They show up when they say, and are very quick and thorough. Even though their price for the gutter cleaning was a little higher than "special deals" offered on Angie's list by other companies (my only reason for giving the price a "B" rating), it was well worth it for me to have the job done. I should have called Mr. Riley originally, instead of trying to be frugal. I very much appreciated that Above All Roofing was able to provide this service only one day after I called, and that they offered to do the job immediately, even though it was drizzling at the time. I would not hesitate to call Above All Roofing, because they go that extra mile for their customers.

They were prompt, courteous, and thorough during their appointment with me for an estimate. We did end up going with another contractor, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Above All Roofing in the future.

Remarkably fast service. I had a small leak from the flashing around a vent. They had someone out to inspect and repair my roof within a couple hours! Very reasonably priced and will definitely do business with again! Thanks so much!

Went very smoothly and price was half as much as another vendor for the exact same shingles with long term manufacturer warranty. Shaun has the proper certification for that warranty. Shaun came by several days afterward to double check everything. He us a pleasure to work with. By the way, if you have a baby, or birds or other nervous pets at home, plan ahead to take them out of the house during the day(s) of the job. It is a very unavoidably noisy process.

This was originally a negative review. I'm retracting it because it seems there may have been a miscommunication in the agreed time of appointment to meet to review the job. . Since then an estimate has been provided after someone came and reviewed the job. I have not had the work done yet.

After three attempts of contacting Shaun at Above All Roofing, we now have a scheduled appt to walk through the options available for the property. Will update my review based on our meeting.

hI.. went with above all roofing due to their bid contract was the most complete and detailed..there were no grey areas...they were on time and went right to work. The job site when they were stripping off the shingles could have been a little neater but at the end of the day everything was cleaned up.They use a magnet to pick up stray nails but i still found a few days later. They use the base underlayment for the gaf warranty... if i did it again i would pick the next higher up underlayment... they charge $650 to reseal flashing around chimney and of course jt needed to be done... all and all i would use them again

I did not hire the company to do the work

Inforned Above All of the situation with the gutters and within the week workers replace the damaged hangers and so the gutter sealant could be applied.
