Completely change my filtering system to a salt water system. He also repaired my valves that were defective. He fixed my pool heater. He repaired my spa. He opened, cleaned, and vacuumed my pool. He said he would be there May 6th and he was. He finished in the time he told me. He also did a follow-up visit to make sure the equipment was functioning as expected. This was a great experience and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Changed filtering system, repaired heater, repaired spa, opened, cleaned, and vacuumed pool. Provided equipment, labor, and removal of all old parts.

2012 Summer Season went very well. - Opened pool in April of last year. Service was each week - punctual and if I had a problem he was there quickly to rectify. Closed pool right after Labor Day 2012
Description of Work: I have been using Sterling Swimming Pools maintenance from inception of putting our pool in which was 5 years ago. I have been very pleased with Josh - He is a great person and goes out of his way to satisfy his clients and make them happy. I would recommend him to friends and family

As I stated above, Sterling Pools and Josh stopped returning my calls for service. They never replaced my filters or got the pool to work efficiently. I had to contract with a new pool company. Stay away from Sterling Pools.
Description of Work: This company was hired to open and maintain pool (once a week). The pool was opened and I was told I needed new filters for the pool to function properly. I was told they were ordered and would be installed within the week, then 2 weeks later was told the next day. No-one ever came and my messages were never returned. I ended up contracting with a new pool company. I would never ever recommend this company.

Mrs F is correct in a few aspects I did tell her she needed new cartridges but i have no control over how fast they come in from the supplier. I only stopped returning her calls when she left a message for me not to come that she found the cartridges herself. I really enjoyed Mrs F as a customer and am deeply upset that she moved on and i wasnt able to service her as she would have liked I hope that someday we can patch things up.
