My wife called to schedule an appointment and Pete showed up the first time and reviewed the job with my wife and he took his time to walk through every aspect of what needed to be done and offered suggestions when necessary. We made arrangements for him to begin work on a Saturday and he showed up as planned, traced a short in our outdoor lamp post and replaced the broken line and installed a new post and secured it with concrete. He was meticulous and left the area clean and looking as if no work was done at all. He also replaced our outdoor security light above the garage with LED lighting on a sensor. 2nd go around he replaced the light above the island in our kitchen, a light above the kitchen table and 2 lights above the sinks in our master bath. He also put in a few dimmers in the kitchen and foyer area by the front door. Pete works alone and is efficient, friendly, and is very attentive to his customer's needs.

He was spotless from walking in with surgical booties so not to soil floors or carpets. On time. Immediately returned all calls. Performed work exactly the way he promised. This is the way all vendors should work.

This is the man that I would wait for to have him do any electrical work that I have in the future. He has done several jobs for me as I was getting my home ready to put on the market. He is good, reliable, and his advice was excellent. Electrical work scares me - so I really depend on good advice. I am one of those people who figures that I should just replace anything that may only need repair. Mr. Martucci was excellent in advising me about how to tell the difference! Apparently there are lots of us who think he's awesome as there is generally some waiting time for an appointment. I'm fine with that as I would rather wait for someone who is this good than take my chances elsewhere!

Very professional and knowledgeable,Pete completed the the work in the timeframe promised.He listened to suggestions I had and when the install was complete I couldn't have been happier. I have recommended Pete to many people, including family, and everyone said they would use him again.

As I waited this morning I thought to call to see where he was. Office said...'he is on the way'. I had to pursue the matter and ask that he be called so I have a better ETA than...'he is on the way'. Office calls back to say he cant get parking (NOT TRUE..EVER) and thus he left. He just left! Office said there was no parking...well, he was here before and saw how to get parking. I explained then....just ask concierge, which he did and came up to see job. I would not have known he had blown me off this morning had I not called to have him found. I asked about all of my paperwork and was told he left with with concierge. He could not bother to call me and let me know he simply cant figure out this electrical system and left me hanging. Office offered to have my Angies Deal refunded...well...DUH. I insisted to speak with manager as this tech was most unprofessional and seems to not know electrical work. Office asked for my....email address! I explained I did not want an email from the manager??? I will not hold my breath for a return call.

He cleaned up after himself, he knew what he was doing and got it done within a half hour. He did a good job and has reasonable prices. I will be calling him for future work.

Pete Martucci was recommended to me by Richard at NE Renovations. Pete was very prompt in getting an itemized estimate to me for the work to be performed and then in actually performing the work. He was very professional and courteous and pleasant to work with. He indicated it was not necessary for me to work up a long punch list of tasks before calling upon him - that he could fit me in around his schedule if need be. He did excellent work and I would certainly use him again.
