I found Kevin on Angie's List last Thursday evening and sent him a text. He returned my call that evening. He looked at my old walk on Friday morning, removed the brick walk on Saturday morning and placed the forms. He poured the new concrete on Monday and I could not be happier with his work. He is meticulous, a real craftsman and very personable. His fee was reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again and I highly recommend him.

Kevin and his team couldn’t have made the job any easier for me. The entire process from initial call/quote to completion was within two weeks, and that included a March Nor’Easter. He removed the old failing concrete floor, added a base, poured and sloped the new floor. The entire team even hauled the cement up a hilly driveway in wheelbarrows so the concrete truck wouldn't have to drive across it. The quality of work and respect for the job area was exceptional. Communication (both calls/text) as well as explanations of the procedure/timeline, and materials used) couldn’t have been any better. I already plan to use his services for future projects.

I consider him a friend, he did 3 jobs for me over the past 5 years , this guy will actually do what he says and stick to it.he cleans up after something you never ever see anymore and hires, veterans his crew is awesome, he is the most articulate, and awesome customer service oriented person and crew I have ever hired in my life, if you want quality cement stone, work, this guy knows his stuff!!! its rare you see a man be so polite and respectful to your property like his his own, he really cares !!! he is a true blue American QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS GUYS TOP PRIORITY !!! , old school and his crew is made up of Veterans , Kevin and his crew are top notch if you want quality call him and this guy will make your property look even better than it did before you called, he is great, and comes back to check his work I never seen that ever he is awesome.. It went very well and as expected: Kevin took measurements, after I sent him photos of the project area. (He personally came in person for the measurements on a weekend. Very shortly thereafter, he communicated my options with photos from his past projects as well as coming in person, again, to explain everything (estimates with different options and variables about the project), how the events would play out in a timeline (e.g. demolition, forms in ground, leveling, any weather-related variables---that didn't pertain to this project---and what it would look like when he and his crew were done. Also, he informed me every step of the way on when the financial pieces of the project came together. My wife and I are very pleased, to say the least, with the project and appreciate Kevin's meticulousness and attention to detail, as well as the final overall final product. Kevin does all his work for others as if it's his own---that's key in hiring someone to do a project in regard to your home. He treated it like the work was at his own house. And for that, and the fact that he was transparent, upfront, on time, and informative, we are very happy. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor or finished project. It looks great!

I called Kevin and he came right away; quoted me a fair price and within a week the job was finished. They came on time, were courteous and professional and did not leave a mess. Any future work I have of this nature I will send Kevin's way.

excellent fence near steps removed and put back, new stairs look fabulous, workers were polite, efficient, punctual, work was completed on time, work area was left neat and clean, phone calls were always answered or returned. Kevin is great at communicating with you. He responded to my request on Angie's list and we had a few discussions before he was hired. Kevin always calls you back and keeps in contact with you throughout the entire process. The quality of Kevin's work is excellent and he strives for perfection. He is very particular about the work he does and pays close attention to details. The sidewalk and patio turned out beautiful. I would definitely recommend Kevin and would use him again if I needed any concrete work done.

Kevin did a fantastic job! These steps were more than 20 years old and they were in complete disrepair. Kevin was able to restore the steps and they look good as new. Kevin is a reliable professional and I will hire him for any future masonry work.

It wasn't a repair, but a pour. Excellent service all around. Good communication, good service. They were clean, they were efficient, good communication. I mean, he checked back with us to say, "Hey, you're going to pour concrete when it's too cold up here." So he checked back and said, "Hey, looks like the weather is getting better. We'll get it later in the month. This is when I can get there." I mean great communication, great all around. The only thing he could have done differently is done it for free, ha ha.

Kevin was prompt and courteous. Called me back within an hour my inquiry. Showed up to look at he job and give me an estimate that evening. Showed up exactly the time scheduled and got the job done much quicker than expected. Quality of work was exceptional and performed perfectly. Already referred him to a friend the next day. Highly recommended !

Mr. Gonsalves returned my initial call promtly, and recommended rebuilding the bottom step, re-enforced with rebar. The foundation would require some patching at the corners and skimcoating the areas where there was flaking. The task would take about a day to complete. Mr. Gonsalves and his two partners were professional and worked efficiently, keeping the area as clean and tidy as possible. They were finished in approximately 5 hours.

I can't say enough about Kevin and his team. They went above and beyond for me. I just purchased my first home and it has a dirt floor basement with NO WINDOWS!!! I was very nervous and had a million questions. Kevin stayed in constant contact with me during the entire process and put my mind at ease. I had other companies refuse to do the job because of the level of difficulty but it seemed like it was a piece of cake for Kevin and his team. The job went very well. Kevin Gonsalves is very professional and punctual. He was in constant communication with each step of the process. We did run into some unforeseen problems during demolition but Kevin was able to contact some people (after I was having difficulty in getting someone who was immediately available) to remedy the situation and the people who came charged a very reasonable price. Rather than pay Kevin one lump sum, I was able to pay for each step (Demolition, pre-cast steps installation, and finally the pouring of concrete for the walkway). After the work was complete, Kevin and his crew came by the following day to clean up and make everything look nice and presentable. He also gave us tips on proper maintenance and care. Kevin also came in $1000 less than another quote we received from another company. It does not appear that we sacrificed quality over price. I would definitely use Kevin again and recommend him others.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He gave me a quote a day after I called him and was already working on the job with in 2 days. He consistently kept me updated by sending me pictures at each stage of the project. He had a little extra concrete left when the original project was completed and he took the initiative to use the extra materials to patch some of the defects in my concrete walkway at no extra cost. Kevin kept the area clean throughout and was exceptionally professional at all times. He ensured I was satisfied with the work before any money exchanged hands. I'll definitely be using Kevin again for my next masonry project.
