+ -1 moreOwner was very nice and unable to repair the damage left by the previous contractor. I tried several times to get a written estimate from this company to put a new brick finish (he quoted me 2200-2500) over the damage brick. The owner told me on two occasions that he would email the estimate. He never did and didn't return phone calls. In all fairness, if my only interaction was with him coming out to try and clean the fireplace his rating would have been much higher! The reason for the F in responsiveness and professionalism is simply for never following through on the emails that were promised and NOT returning phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
