The technician arrived when he was scheduled. He was very professional and completed the work within a few hours.

John is a professional in every sense of the word! Have recommended him to family and friends. We had a leak in our tub, which John traced back to the old faucets, which needed to be replaced by new, single faucet. Was worried about how it would look, but John made it look like it had always been that way. Once that work was done, we asked John to replace our old sink and toilet. On the day of installation, John found that the special order toilet tank had a crack in it (thank you, Home Depot!) and John went out of his way to find a replacement that same day, so that we wouldn't be out of a bathroom (only 1 in house). He goes above and beyond for his clients. Can't say enough good things about him. Excellent!!!

I was so impressed with the work. He came exactly when he said he would and began work immediately. A part of the wall with tile needed to be cut away, but he cleaned up the mess and left me with the intact tiles so I could replace them. The pipes are a work of art - everything clean and perfectly aligned. The price seemed a bit high, but well worth the efficiency and work.

I had a slow leak in a garage and the valve was not shutting it off. I called John and he called me right back. He had just finished a big job and said he would stop by on his way home. He was there within a half hour and fixed the problem. I have called him a few times in the past and he has always done a great job. I would never call anyone else.

The job was performed well. After the initial install/rebuild John needed to come back and adjust the rebuilt valve; and he did so with promptness and care. He is a conscientious worker, one you feel you can trust. John is a pleasure to meet.

Project went well. Price was on higher side for regular job but my need was emergent and it was less then the emergent price. My only complaint was rust water was not emptied from old tank and as it was brought up my carpet stairs it stained my rug treads very badly. Everything else was great.

This was the second time I called John. John came right away found the problems and everything was fixed and working properly in no time. He is the best plumber I have ever had. You would be crazy to call anyone else. He is my go to plumber from now on.

I called early in the morning and he was at my house in 20 minutes doing the job. He also took care another small leaky pipe and a problem with the water pressure in my kitchen sink while he was there. Very happy with his work.

I had an odd size double sink that needed some modifications in order to be installed. I called John and he was at my house within an hour. He assessed the situation, and came up with a solution which allowed for using the existing plumbing. John came the next day and work diligently on the project and when finished you'd never know the amount of modifications he did to make it fit. I will use John again.
