They didn't charged me much and with that I will be saving some money in the future then. The worker was awesome. Anything I asked from him like his insurances and license, he emailed everything right away. He was really great.

I have been using him for around (25) years. He is a phenomenal plumber. He is honest and his rates are good. His is always very neat and always cleans up after himself. I have recommended him many times and everyone has always thanked me.

Lou returned my call promptly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. We then set up an appointment to do the work. Following discussion of toilet options, I gave him permission to purchase and pick up a water efficient toilet . He arrived on time on the day of installation and had to leave a couple of times to pick up parts; Finished the job the same day and with the toilet operating flawlessly. I highly recommend Louis Iasimone..........!

Wonderful! Mr. Iasimone returned my original call for an estimate promptly (within 20 minutes), did not pressure me to make the sale, and even explained how to shut the gas off to the leaking hot water heater if something were to happen before our appointment. He showed up on time, was very professional, went immediately to work, took the old unit out without incident, and left ZERO mess behind. He is very reasonable and pleasant to work with. He charged what he quoted and it was cheaper than any of the other "top-rated" providers in the area. He's just a nice guy with fair pricing who's organized and professional. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend him again!

We called several companies for an estimate on replacing our boiler. Louis called the same day to set up an appointment. One company called the next day and we also set up an appointment with them. A third company called us several days later to set up an appointment. We received all three estimates and while Louis's was not the lowest or the highest, we decided on Iasimone plumbing because he was able to explain what we needed in terms we could understand and was personable. The date was set up for the install but was delayed because of Hurricane Sandy. Louis called and e-mailed us to let us know what was happening every step of the way. My husband and I appreciated the up-dates. We never felt "forgotten" or that we were just another job. Louis came and installed the boiler on November 6th,7th. He worked two solid days on the install. He was professional, as were his electrician and delivery driver. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will be working with Iasimone plumbing in the future to upgrade our outdated plumbing. Thanks Louis!!!

Lou was prompt with replies to phone calls and emails. He was professional, pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and timely. He was extremely helpful in dealing with the gas company, rebates, and forms. He took time to listen to and answer all of my questions. The heating system is in, working perfectly, and the work area was left clean. The price was as quoted. I will hire him for any of my future plumbing and heating needs.

Louis came over and gave me a quote to take out and get rid of my old heating system and install a new boiler Overall Louis did a great job.He came on time.He did the job right and left the work area very clean.Louis started the job by draining down and disconnected the old boiler.He then removed the old boiler and disposed of it properly.Louis then began to install a new Weil Mclain 83% gas fired boiler with a new air eliminator,expansion tank,circulator,fittings,valves and any other controls needed to make system complete and ready for operation.When he was done installing the new boiler he bleed out all air in the system and test fired the system it all worked great we even have heat in our bathroom now. With the old boiler we had very little heat comming out of the bathroom baseboard and now it works great.We are very happy with Louis's work and would hire him again.

This is the second time Mr. Iasimone has done work on our house and both times we have found him to be very thorough, professional, and reassuring to work with. He gave us good advice, answered questions clearly, and was a pleasure to work with.

I called three contractors (all from Angie's List, natch). Lou Iasimone's quote was not the lowest but he was willing to negotiate a bit. I chose him because he walked me through what would be necessary to upgrade to a high-efficiency boiler, including scoping out where in the outside wall I wanted him to drill for the required intake/exhaust piping. He was very thorough and took his time to understand the layout of my furnace room (and outside patio area) and how he could use the limited space to the best advantage. I immediately had a sense that he was the guy I'd trust most. We scheduled a time for him to start his work, within a couple of weeks of getting the quote. As we approached the start of the work (on a Monday), Lou called and asked if he could come over on the preceding Saturday to disconnect the old furnace and get it set aside for the scrap metal guys to pick up. He wanted to save some time by getting a head-start on the work and that set the tone for the rest of the job. Every morning I'd leave the outside basement door open for him and every night I'd come home to find more work completed each day and the furnace room looking cleaner than it has since I moved in. The work took a week, then we added an extra day for the city inspector to come and sign off on the permit. (Yes, I insisted on Lou pulling a permit for me, which he was happy to do.) The work was meticulously done, every shut-off valve, circulating pump and pipe is labeled in duplicate which will make it very easy for anyone coming in to deal with the furnace in the future. I'm now happy to think of Lou as 'my plumber' going forward.

Scheduling an appointment was a snap. Iasimone responds to emails promptly. I was impressed. He was here when he said he would be, was efficient, and got the job done. The leak in our sink is but a memory! Our technician also took a look at a problem we were having with our well pump. He checked the fittings and determined that we'd be better off consulting with a well company. I appreciated his honesty. We'd certainly use Iasimone again.

Our old tank began leaking on the weekend. I called several plumbers on Sunday. Iasimone returned my call first thing Monday morning. He came in on Tuesday to look at it, gave us his estimate, and we gave the go-ahead. He ordered the new tank that morning, and it was delivered to our house later that afternoon. He came back on Wednesday morning to install it. The installation took about 3 1/2 hours, which included soldering new copper pipes to attach to the new water heater. When he left he took the old tank as well. Mr. Iasimone was very professional and courteous and did a neat, clean job. He always called ahead to let us know he was on his way so we weren't left wondering where he was.

Mr. Iasimone came as scheduled to review my rusted out hot water heater and give me an estimate. Since this very old house (1884) spent 50 years as 2 one bedroom apts it had 2 hot water heaters when we bought it. Mr Iasimone recommended that instead of replacing the dead hot water heater, we tie the lines together to have both floors work off the remaining hot water heater. He said it would save hundreds of dollars, which it did. While he was there I asked for an estimate for replacing the upstairs toilet. Because of the age of the existing toilet it required a non-standard toilet and we agreed on the type, manufacturer and flush rating I wanted. When Mr. Iasimone came several days later to do the work, he found that a shutoff valve was corroded. He had to run out to get a new part. He connected the hot water lines, capped off unused gas and water lines and sealed the chimney vent. He then went upstairs and removed the old toilet and installed the new. All work beautifully done. The only additional charge was for the new shutoff valve. I have already asked for and received an estimate for further work in the upstairs bathroom.

Lou was quick to return my call, came to the house to check out the job and gave me an estimate....explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions. I told him I needed to wait a month or so before doing the job, so he said he would call in about a month, which he did and we scheduled the work to be done. It took one day, the work was excellent, Lou was neat and professional and I would certainly use his services again.

Louis cnanged out my boiler to an energy efficient weil mcLain gas boiler sometime in 2006 I believe. I was so impressed with his work that I wrote and recommended him on Angies List. The fall of 2010 the water heater sprung a leak. Louis was prompt in scheduling and on time to appraise the situation. The heater was under warranty except for labor. Louis was very accomidating to my schedule and a replacement was re-installed. I had no problem suggesting to him that he take a key to the house so I didn't have to be there when he started the job. His pricing was very fair considering the time he spent removing and installing the new heater.

Lou Iasimone was very professional and neat. He returned my calls each evening when I had called him during the day. He answered all my questions regarding the cast iron sewer pipe. The sewer pipe in my basement was put in in 1932 when house was built and was rusted and leaking. He put in new PVC pipe. He put in extra time and effort when he encountered an issue with one old connection and did NOT charge more! He was great and I would hire him again......

Louis was able to fit my plumbing work in within the schedule I specified. He called before he was supposed to arrive to inform me of a 1/2 hour delay because he needed to finish up on an emergency call. I appreciated that, and will even more if in the future it's my emergency. When he arrived I briefly went over the work again and I expressed the concerns I had. He was attentive and also very careful to make sure our cat didn't make a break for it when he needed things from his truck. He also dealt well with my close supervision for part of the job since I always try (don't always succeed) to learn something from the professionals I hire when needed. The job took longer than I thought it was going to, but I never asked for a timing estimate, just a billing estimate. Louis was careful to not damage anything, was receptive to small changes I asked for when the job was underway, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. Before he left I described a situation we have with the plumbing in our rental. He told me he would be glad to come out and take a look, but to try a few things first because it could be just a minor issue that even I could handle (my words not his). I'll definitely hire this guy again the next time I need a plumber.

From the beginning Louis was a pleasure to work with. He told us that he could not get there for a few weeks but if was getting cold quick so he worked on the weekend and late to get the job done. Louis was excellent and talked to us throughout the whole process. He helped us stay within a budget and worked well with our contractor. We are getting ready to call him to give us a quote on the plumbing for a new master bathroom, and know he is the right guy for the job.
