Albert returned my called within two hours. We discussed services needed and price. We scheduled the service. He arrived a few minutes early and began working immediately. He’s polite and professional. He finished all work in about an hour. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I have been using gutter cleaning services for about 8 years now, and have nothing but good things to say. I live in a 2 story townhouse (3 story in one area) that is way too high for me to climb up to, but Albert has the equipment necessary to get the job done. I use him twice a year due to numerous trees that overhang my roof. He has even come back when we had a big storm a week after we had the gutters cleaned to clear the downspouts at no charge. He's always quick to get back when I call and is very flexible when it comes to setting an appointment time. He always does a good, efficient job. My elderly mother called this provider to have her gutters cleaned after seeing an advertisement in a local newspaper. He agreed to give her a break and do the work for $50. He did nothing. I know this because we recently we had to have an insurance adjuster at the house to inspect water damage to the house. The inspector said the gutters were completely clogged and it was clear the had not been cleaned for a long time. We have pictures to prove it. Shameful. Took $50 from an elderly woman and did not do the work. Am currently trying to get him to return my call and may pursue this legally.
