Called Flavio and he got back to me quickly. He came to look at the project and decided to fix and finish the job then. He was here an hour and didn’t quit on the unbalanced door. I could never have finished it myself. Highest praise!

we were nervous about doing work in our 90 year old house, especially cutting through an outside wall to put in a slider with small deck!!! Flavio had great ideas and the process was seamless. He was punctual, responsive and very professional. The time it took to do the work was exactly what Flavio quoted. There wasn't even a mess. Flavio even came back in the spring to paint the wood shingles that were replaced from the job. We recommend this company to everyone!!!! Top Notch work!!

Flavio did a great job on this difficult project. We knew the rooms needed work, but once the floor was opened up discovered leaks, and rot, and structural instability. We were not interested in spending alot, as this is a rental property, and Flavio made sure we understood the options and the costs. He coordinated work by a plumber, electrician, and worked with them in a way that kept the overall duration of the project short. We are completely satisfied with the outcome, the price, the duration of the project, and the communication. I would highly recommend F. Oliveira Home Improvement.

I can't say enough great things about Flavio. He is everything you could ever want in a contractor and then some! He was always super responsive, he was incredibly flexible with our unpredictable schedule, the work he did was beautiful, he got everything done incredibly quickly. And to top it all off, he charged us what I would say was incredibly good rate for the quality of the work that he did. He also was very good at helping us figure out what we wanted to do with the space in our kitchen. Oh, and he's also just a really great guy. A++++++++++++.

Flavio does great work, but the things that I believe really sets him apart are that he is responsive to inquiries, he communicates, he’s respectful of his clients’ time, and he’s a pleasure to have in your home. We get compliments all the time on the work he’s done in our home, and that should be reason enough to hire him. But I think there’s a ton of added value in the trust and certainty I have that he will show up when he says he will, he’s honest, and he’s easy to talk to. These are things that you simply can’t put a price on. I would recommend him for any job, large or small. He’s helped us love our home more than we ever thought we could!

Mike was amazing, knowledgeable and a professionalist. He was detailed oriented and punctual. I was looking for a contractor to get my floor done and the few I came across was either Incompetent or promised to the complete the job in 4-6 week. When I contact Mike to get a quote, he came get the measurements done in less than half hour and send me an email the same day. He got the job done in two days and he did an excellent and amazing job. Thanks Mike you’re great at what you do.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by F. Oliveira's Home Improvement. We had front stairs built over existing old cement stairs that started to fall apart and a new front porch and railings. He also replaced a broken storm door. Flavio is extremely meticulous, hard working, personable and easy to connect with via phone, text or email. The work was completed on schedule and at a fair price. We would hire again if needed and we highly recommend him.

I had recently moved to RI and found many sub-par contractors who gave not so great quotes. However, Flavio was great with me and always worked within my budget to make updates happen. Over the course of a few months, he updated my deck, fully renovated my kitchen, re-shaped my laundry room, and gave me invaluable suggestions to improve the functionality of my home. I will admit and say that he is super busy and has multiple projects he is booked with, but if you are willing to be patient, then he is the best contractor in RI. Flovio was a recommendation from my next door neighbor. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Flavio was pleasant, professional and efficient. His attention to detail and pride in his workmanship was refreshing to see. And, to top it off, his price was very reasonable. I have already asked him to do another project for us.

We asked Flavio to give us an estimate for a kitchen remodel. We had a very short window to complete the work and a small budget. Flavio came the same day, offered sereral suggestions that made sense and gave us an estimate that seemed very fair. We hired him and he showed up on time and completed the work in just a few days! The quality of the work was fabulous and the price he charged extremely fair. We recommend him to family and friends and will hire him again!

Our interaction with Flavio from start to finish was excellent. He immediately made time to give us a quote, and quickly fit us into his schedule. He showed up on time exactly when he said he would every time, and the quality of his work was excellent. The parameters of the job changed a few times during his work, and Flavio was incredibly flexible and reasonable in dealing with those changes. Flavio and Mike were great. The job was done efficiently, and their cleanup was METICULOUS. I didn't find a single flake of sawdust or plaster dust anywhere. This was a pathetically small job for anyone to take, but they treated it with the same professionalism as if it was a much bigger job.

Mike came out on time, gave me a quote took pics and measured. 2 weeks later, when it was time to build, he came with parts and had it all built in 2 hours. I found him very easy going, and down to earth. I had 4-6 other contractors in this place over the last 2 years and most werent on time, job wasnt done well and typically cost much more. I prefer to dealing with someone like Mike, who doesn't just wait for a 5-10k job but is willing to do a sub $1000 job, which are just as a important to us. Will def use him again

Flavio was responsive when I first called him, but after that we had to keep chasing him down. At first, we were going to start the following week. The following week came by and he never called so I called him again. He told me the next week he would come out. Another week went by and we never heard from him. I called again, he came by to look at the job again, and did some demo work. He ripped out the lattice and tore apart my trim board and left. The next week went by and he never called. When I got a hold of him he volunteered to put all his other projects on hold, and make sure that our project was done the next week. The night before he was supposed to come he sent me a text message letting me know that he was not the best person for the job and that I should find someone else. We did have a lot of rain that I'm sure messed up his schedule, but he never called us to communicate what was going on, and the way he ended the job was just plain unprofessional. My wife and I were very kind and patient to him throughout the process. I was waiting for him to call back before I wrote this review, because I wanted to give him a chance to explain himself. I even told him that in a voicemail, but he never did. Follow up appointments with other contractors have confirmed that it was best that he didn't end up doing the job.

Mike is a professional from start to finish. He really exceeded my expectations with is organization and neatness. He kept me updated on the project status and gave me good ideas from the start. His attention to detail is top notch! Thank you again for my beautiful kitchen!!!

Flavio was a complete joy to work with, he went out of his way to help us. His work is truly that of a talented craftsman. He is trustworthy, punctual and always leaves the work area spotless. He guided me with great ideas and inspiration for my bathroom remodel, especially since I am getting my house ready for sale. Working with Flavio was excellent from the start. He came over the day after I contacted him and gave a very reasonable free quote. He was then able to complete the work less than a week later. Everything looks great and we would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again.
