The project came out well, possibly better than we first envisioned. Flavio and Andrew are conscientious workers, and have a lot of expertise. We worked together to form an idea of how we could get the most out of our small space. They were open to our ideas and input and had their own suggestions on how to make it look good. Any problems that came up(and there is always something to deal with, parts missing from appliances, etc.) they always figured out a solution to. They always came when they said they were coming, and arrived early to start. Bathroom looks great, I have a new radiant heat floor that I love. They also put all new luxury vinyl plank throughout the house, and bumped out my kitchen so I now have room for more cabinets and a dishwasher. A laundry closet and a storage closet was added to bathroom, maximizing the space. In 2020, we hired this company to install a door in our living room and a large deck outside. They did a great job on that, which is why we knew they were the best choice for this renovation.

Flavio is the man. I had my wall taken out between a kitchen and living room, and everything was done on time and budget. Everyone on site was professional and took the time communicate the project and expectations with me. I would highly recommend Flavio to anyone needing a professional to come in and get the job done.

Everything was great when we were using him until it wasnt. We used him for about seven years and were always so happy with him, we even referred our friends and family. Until He redid our kitchen in 2020. The project ended in I would say April and by September all of our tile on the kitchen floor was popping up. The grout was coming off and the tiles were literally cracking when we stepped on them. I sent probably 10 to 15 texts as did my husband. He constantly promised to come back and fix it. I sent him numerous pictures of the problem. Constant promises to come back and fix the issue. They just never happened. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them, I’m happy to send them to you. I would avoid him at all costs. I literally don’t even have the money to rip out my entire kitchen floor and this is what he has left us with! I think the worst part for us is that we really truly thought of him like family. We referred him to our friends and family as well because we liked him so much! This was personal for us and so upsetting.

We redid our kitchen about two years ago. We used Flavio for seven years prior so we didn’t think about using anyone else. He always did such a great job; Until he tiled my kitchen floor. Not even one year later the floor started pulling up. 50% of the grout had popped out, the tiles were cracking when we walked on them, we could hear them crunching when we walked on them. We reached out to him probably 10 to 12 times by text only to be pushed off. He did show up one time after we text him for about 2-3 months and fixed three or four of the tiles and promised he would be back four days later. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I’m literally stuck with an entire kitchen floor that needs to be ripped out. I’ve added copies of our text messages back-and-forth and if you noticed the dates he would go weeks without texting me back and then the final text was in August and he literally just never text me back about it. This will cost us thousands!

Flavio was exceptionally timely and exact in his work. He swiftly and expertly enclosed my pergola so that I could use it as an office space year round. I will call him again for my future projects.

Fantastic! He was willing to listen to what I wanted & my suggestions. His work was well-done & neat. He had come into what was a very difficult situation caused by another worker yet he helped fix the poor work that was done & made my bathroom beautiful. His fee was VERY fair.

Flavio is very good at what he does. He remodeled both my bathrooms for well under what other large stores and boutique folks quoted for. His team of plumbers, plasterers, electricians and painters did an amazing job at budget rates. I would definitely hire again.

Great. Flavio and Andrew capable of doing all the various parts of the remodelling. They were very caring of my home, flexible about changes I made, and considerate of my time. They did do many small extra things and clean-up that I really appreciated. Plus Flavio was very fair with his pricing. I'm so pleased with the job and would recommend him. I'm hiring him for another product.

Installation of flooring looks great!

This company is wonderful! They show up when they say they will. Their prices are very competitive and the finished product came out awesome. We had them install some windows in our windowless dining room. We will totally recommend them to our friends.

Flavio was great. He came when he said he would, kept in touch with us about the job, and did great work. He removed a rotted wood column from our front steps and replaced both columns. He also removed our old mailbox and installed a new one. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him for others.

Flavio’s workmanship was excellent. He definitely paid attention to details and everything looked great. He cleaned up after himself, and stayed in communication with us. We would like to hire him again for other projects.

Hired Flavio (Mike) to remodel my bathroom. He did a great job. He answered all my questions and worked w me to get the price point to what I could manage. He did excellent work, bathroom looks great. He is very professional. I am going to hire him to do other work around my house.

I tried posting this last year, but just found itdidnt't take for some reason. Long story short, Mike did a great job turning my 1/2 master bath into a full bath at a very competitive price.

Work was well done. Very happy with the final result of the three sesson room. He communicated constantly about timeliness and when he would be working on the project.

Flavio does excellent work. He is a hard worker and very neat. He built a deck with stairs for us on an embankment that was difficult to work on. It came out pristine pristine. He was here early every day and completed the job. We also have other work inside for him to do inside.. I would highly recommend Flavio for any job. He is a Gentleman. Flavio does excellent work. He was always on time and did all work in a very short time. He went out of his way to get materials as it was hard to find this season.
