He did a great job!

Flavio was responsive when I first called him, but after that we had to keep chasing him down. At first, we were going to start the following week. The following week came by and he never called so I called him again. He told me the next week he would come out. Another week went by and we never heard from him. I called again, he came by to look at the job again, and did some demo work. He ripped out the lattice and tore apart my trim board and left. The next week went by and he never called. When I got a hold of him he volunteered to put all his other projects on hold, and make sure that our project was done the next week. The night before he was supposed to come he sent me a text message letting me know that he was not the best person for the job and that I should find someone else. We did have a lot of rain that I'm sure messed up his schedule, but he never called us to communicate what was going on, and the way he ended the job was just plain unprofessional. My wife and I were very kind and patient to him throughout the process. I was waiting for him to call back before I wrote this review, because I wanted to give him a chance to explain himself. I even told him that in a voicemail, but he never did. Follow up appointments with other contractors have confirmed that it was best that he didn't end up doing the job.

Mike is a professional from start to finish. He really exceeded my expectations with is organization and neatness. He kept me updated on the project status and gave me good ideas from the start. His attention to detail is top notch! Thank you again for my beautiful kitchen!!!

Flavio was a complete joy to work with, he went out of his way to help us. His work is truly that of a talented craftsman. He is trustworthy, punctual and always leaves the work area spotless. He guided me with great ideas and inspiration for my bathroom remodel, especially since I am getting my house ready for sale. His pricing is more than fair and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing home improvement or repair who is looking for a builder who is consciencious and takes pride in his work. Working with Flavio was excellent from the start. He came over the day after I contacted him and gave a very reasonable free quote. He was then able to complete the work less than a week later. Everything looks great and we would definitely recommend him and will be using his services again.

Excellent! The contractor called me back very promptly after my initial phone message. He came to and looked at the work I needed done, and gave me a range of options, and explained the pros and cons of each. He was patient with all of my questions. He was also very flexible with his scheduling. On the actual day of work, two people came to accomplish the job. They were very professional, friendly, efficient and left the work site as clean as when they started. I'd highly recommend this contractor.

I can't say enough about this young man. He is honest, trustworthy and he takes great pride in his craftsmanship. I would hire him to do ANY work around my house. I highly recommend him!

Flavio arrived on time both to provide an estimate and to complete the work. He replaced steps and built supports under the steps. He made a point of showing and describing what he had done before closing up each section of the stairs that he worked on. He cleaned up thoroughly after completing the work, and impressed upon me that if there were any problems with the work I should contact him to correct it. Flavio also adjusted the cost, to less than the original estimate, as the time and materials to do the job were not as much as he originally anticipated. I called to obtain estimates from three other people in addition to Flavio (all three from Angie's List). The first person provided an estimate more than twice that of Flavio. The second person said the stairs were to old and that he needed to do some research to determine how to proceed, after which he sent a message saying that he wasn't able to do the job. The third person didn't get back to me. Flavio did an excellent job. The stairs are now solid and we no longer fear that someone will fall through and injure themselves. During this experience, Flavio was honest, fair, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I intend to hire Flavio for some other projects and would recommend him to anyone else.

He was very courteous, punctual, and professional. Communication was very quick. The job was performed as explained. He used the exact hoods that we had requested. The job was completed by Flavio and one other worker an was completed in a couple of hours. We are very pleased with the work. He assured us that if there were any issues at all he would return. Will definitely hire again.

Flavio was great throughout the process. Not only did he complete the work, he also added input into every aspect of the project. His ideas did not only improve the outcome, but also saved some money in certain instances. The first project that he completed for me was the remodel of the first floor kitchen. It was demolished to nothing and he created a beautifully designed kitchen. I was going to keep the previous layout, but he thought there was room to add a peninsula and improved the kitchen's function. He was totally correct and I couldn't be happier with the results. He then remodeled the bathroom on the first floor and did a great job. This was basically taking an old room and making it beautiful. Lastly, he remodeled the kitchen upstairs which had a host of plumbing issues. Although he is not a plumber, he walked me through the process and found a plumber that could complete the work and keep the job in budget. After the realtor saw the work that Flavio completed he increased the rental value of the apartment downstairs by $150 per month and upstairs b $100 per month. The price was great, service was great, and his ideas are currently making me money. I will be calling Flavio soon to finish the basement in my house so expect another review in the future.

He was very quick to answer my text. He came to my home when he said he would to write up a quote. When he came to do the job he was here on time, in fact 5 minutes early. This contactor is extremely thorough. He took the time to show my husband and I exactly what he was going to do and answered our questions. Not only is his work impeccable he cleans up as if he was never here!! That's hard to find in my opinion these days. He's top notch! We will definitely have him back at our home in the near future. I can also tell you that I have referred him to my friends and family multiple times. I certainly wouldnt do that unless I felt he was fair and honest.

It went very well. Flavio (Mike) is professional and friendly. I have no problem leaving him in the house when away and I also feel more than comfortable with him around the kids. He worked with us and our insurance company making a stressful situation that much easier. He takes pride in his work and stands behind what he does. If we were not happy with something he instantly and without hesitation accommodated us. If anyone would like a reference we are more than happy to speak with anyone.
