Used to be efficient but maybe the company got to big for one person. Overhead is expensive but it may be worth it to hire another worker.

My wife contacted Bill about getting our hot tub fixed. He came out fairly promptly and looked at the job. Took some pictures and said he would order the parts and be by sometime the next week to fix it. About 3 weeks pass and not a word from him. Wife texts him,no response. Wife calls him with a blocked number...he picks up and says he hasn't forgotten about us and will keep in touch. About another 3 weeks pass and we havent heard from him. Wife calls him again and he says he is busy with pool closings and hasnt forgotten about us and will do the job when he is done closing pools. It is now November and we havent heard from him since my wife called him about a month ago. I usually dont write reviews but feel the need to since he has been so unprofessional and we feel like he just completely blew us off. When you run a business you should make every customer feel like you are there only customer. He never kept in touch. Never gave us a solid timeline on when he would do the job...but always acted like he was going to do the job which kept us waiting. Completely unproffesional in my book. If he has done work for you and treated you great then thats good. But as far as my experience I would never allow him to do work for me or ever recommend him to anyone. He has been a complete waste of my and my wifes time. And what bothers me the most is the whole time my wife said ,"lets find someone else to do the job he seems like he is blowing us off" I told her "no lets wait for him, he seems to be good and I am sure he will get to us when he isn't as busy"...thanks for nothing Bill!

Bill always provides great service. After first hiring him to address a pump problem about a year and a half ago, we have since counted on him to open and close the pool each season. Very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable.

Bill initially offered a specific repair for the problem which prompted the service call. After I asked a few questions about other electronics in the system, he offered a more complete (but more expensive) repair as an option. However, he never made me feel like going with the original repair was a less optimal idea, and in fact said that if I did, we'd still end up with a hot tub in good working condition. We're going with the more expensive repair because it makes sense, but also because I didn't come away from the service call feeling like I'd just been up-sold somehow.

I was very pleased with this service and would recommend this professional. He arrived on time, moved quickly and is very knowledgeable. His estimates seem reasonable and honest, and we plan on using him for future maintenance and repairs.

Bill actually came to our house twice. Bill arrived within the time frame he said he would. Inspected our skimmer, found crack and sealed it. Pressure tested our skimmer line and return lines. Found a leak in our return line. Suggested we could cap current return lines and run a new single return line to pool so we did that. The work he performed cut our leak in half. So we had Bill return a few weeks later to check for any remaining leaks. He brought scuba equipment and dove into our pool. Inspected the pool thoroughly and main drain. Found no issues with the shell of the pool, however, found that our Hydrostatic relief value located at the main drain was stuck open causing the leak. He repaired it and the pool hasn't leaked since. Very happy with Bills professionalism, friendliness and overall knowledge. If you need pool service don't hesitate to contact Bill. You will not be disappointed.

Called Bill on Monday and he was there Tuesday to clean the filters which needed to be done before I could re-start my heat pump which had just been repaired. Bill is always quick to respond and very punctual.

As was my experience having had Bill close the pool when I first moved into the house in the fall.....Bill was again excellent opening the pool this year. He's personable, willing to answer all questions, and having worked in the pool business for I believe over 25 years he is plenty knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend him without hesitation.

It's the busy season for pool guys, to say the least. Nevertheless,Bill answered his phone every time I called him or responded when I sent a text message. He offered advice that might have fixed the pool without him. Eventually had to come over. He came when he said he would , and repaired pool. Price was as expected for a service call.

Bill was quick to respond to my inquiries and was punctual and professional. The pool cover looks great.

Bill quickly found that some kind of switch in the unit had burned out and he replaced it. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He also did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I was afraid I would have to replace pumps and/or heater but that was not the case. All in all, a great experience. I was lucky to find him, as my prior experiences with the supplier of the spa was awful!

Despite being exceptionally busy (it is July!) Bill responded quickly to my call and was at my house within a day and a half, as promised. Very personable and professional. Took care of our problem in about an hour, and also made adjustments to filter to improve performance. I am NOT an experienced pool owner, so greatly appreciated Bill's advice and tips. Would not hesitate to call him again for any pool issue! Also, his price was extremely reasonable for work he performed.

I called Bill on Wednesday, July 2nd, I had just found him on Angie's List, and was desperate for Jacuzzi service!. The recommended dealer in our area for LA spas, and quot;Cut Price Poolsand quot; in Swansea, Ma, had started my job at the end of May, and had never finished it. I explained to Bill that I had a party for 30 people coming up this weekend, my deck had been taken down around the Jacuzzi for access, and of course, the spa could not even be filled because it had a broken pipe! He asked that I text him a photo of the damaged pipe, which I did, and when we spoke on Thursday, he said that he could schedule an appointment for one day next week. I must have sounded disappointed, I mentioned the party coming up on Saturday, and he said he would come out the next morning, ON THE 4th OF JULY! I have never dealt with a business person that was that considerate of a customer, especially one that he had never met. As it turned out, it was pouring and thundering on the 4th, but he called, of course, and said that he could come out on Saturday morning! Today is Saturday, Bill fixed the Jacuzzi this morning, was professional, informative, pleasant, and I know at this time of the year overwhelmed with business, but willing to help someone in need! He will be my spa service tech for the future, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone out there (luckily,due to the weather, I was able to postpone my get together to tomorrow, to give us time to get the deck back together). Thank you, Bill, and Angie's List for helping me to find him.

Bill was the first service person I ever called using Angie's list, and I must say, I was completely blown away. Bill is a professional in every sense of the word: smart, reliable, personable and highly skilled. The filter/pump installation job was clean and flawless. He knows so much about pools it's almost scary. I hired him again to help find a major leak for me on my pool; he answered every one of my calls and came when he said he would. He has some high-tech leak detection and underwater equipment as well and was able to find the leak in my pool for me (to my relief). I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for pool work.

As stated above it was only a phone call but I was very impressed that Bill took so much time to help me. This is my first pool and I told him I was far from knowing what I should be doing and how to fix problems. It was very professional of Bill to take time as it was after normal business hours so when I have a chance to plan pool maintenance in the future I will definitely conider Bill.

Bill was referred to me by and quot;The Pool Sourceand quot; in Cranston, where I buy my supplies. Bill is great - a real pro who is easy to talk to and very friendly. I like his style quite a bit. I've hired him to repair my hot tub and also for some repairs on the pool. His work is top quality, and he has a lot of experience. I also think his pricing is very reasonable. I plan to continue to give him my business for the indefinite future.

He is very informative and comes right on time. He is knowledgeable and timely. I don't have a lot of references for the price but based on what other people paid when I looked on Angie's List, I would say that it was excellent.
