After 2 times not showing up and a few emails back and forth, he finally showed up to do the job. He reinforced the gutters (I think he did, it is very high up so I can't really check). They also cleaned the dirt on the outside with our cleansers and rags, they didn't even bring their own stuff. The work he did on the leaf guards you can see from the ground level and it is done uneven and very unsightly in the back. Also, he didn't finish installing 40 ft of guards, so it defeats the whole purpose of doing the project. When I told him this and stated that right on the receipt it said up to 100 feet, he said it was his mistake and he would come back to finish it on Monday. Of course he never showed. Very, very unprofessional and unreliable.

I found this company to be very professional. The last storm we had caused water to come in where the leak had been repaired on my roof by this company, however, I will be calling them back. I thought they were rather polite and prompt. I also felt I was charged reasonably for the services rendered.

This guy is way too busy and not very knowledgeable. He's good at the labor, but has no mechanical talent. He was supposed to replace a light and install a window, but he never showed up to do that. His work on the ceiling was adequate but he charges way too much. He is friendly, but that's not enough in a handyman. They sent harassing email to me about who they thought gave the negative report.
