Description of Work: The house I recently bought didn't have boundary stakes. Rather than relying on a fence or the edge of my driveway or what my neighbors said, I hired Hilbern Land Surveying to perform the survey so that I (and my neighbors) knew my lot boundaries. Dave Hilbern recommended I register the survey plan with the City Recorder of Deeds, which I did. For my peace of mind, it was money well spent.

+ -1 moreDavid Hilbern performed the work that I requested. The property lines were marked to allow for fence installation on the property. I would recommend Hilbern Surveying Incorporated to anyone who needs to establish their property lines.
Description of Work: The property corners were established and marked. The sides of the property were staked for fence installation.
