+ -1 moreGary met with me on the agreed date and time and was prompt. He has many years of experience. He took measurements of the home size and room size. He took pictures of the both the outside and inside of the home. He agreed that he would contact me shortly as he had to complete his report and compare other properties in order to provide me with an accurate appraisal. We agreed to the price and I submitted a 50% deposit with the agreement to pay the other 50% upon receiving the appraisal. Within two weeks, I received a call from Gary and we agreed to meet once more for the follow up. He again was prompt and on time. I received the 18 page appraisal report with comparables and he went into an explanation of each page. There were pictures of the home and rooms, outside building, satellite view picture, map site of property, map of dimensions of home, map of comparables, pictures of comparables. I am very happy with his work and would do business with him again and also recommend him to others.
