From our initial call to explore a generator through purchasing and installation, everyone at COX demonstrated exceptional and timely customer service. Their experienced team of technicians were there on time when they said theyâ d be there. They provided timely notifications and clearly communicated throughout every step of the installation process. We were impressed with their work ethic and the results.
