blue diamond did a super job! our windows are a little tedious with frames needing to be removed and replaced with little plastic pins, and the two men did it with a smile after getting over the initial shock. we had several estimates and their's was the most reasonable. they were very easy to schedule and even changed the date when it was raining on our initial service date.

It well pretty well but i did not know they come in like a hurricane/tornado; They do it fast fast fast...In minutes; Not sure they pay attention to details. Their goals are to go in /out within minutes.

I thought the price was reasonable. Two men came out; one man was very professional did most of the work and the other one hung around and made himself look busy when his partner was nearby. They showed up late, they left streaks on some windows, and they didn't replace all of my screens. Some screens were put on the wrong windows so they kept falling out, and I had to try to figure out which screen went with which window; that was annoying. There were some black splash marks and residue on the inside from their water. There were black drip marks on the carpet that is right under a skylight from the dirty water. I have used them for a couple of years and they have been awesome in the past. I was not overly impressed with the crew that came this year. They were able to schedule me right away but that may be because I called early in the season.

Generally, all aspects of the work exceeded expectation. My only complaint: wet, dirty hands were used to open and close windows, resulting in dirty stains on the white sills and sashes in a few places that had to be cleaned up after the fact.

Jarad was very quick at responding by email and phone and the date and price was set up based on the specs we provided. The team arrived on time and charged us the agreed amount. We were disappointed that Jarad did not come himself as the 2 guys who came did not seem too experienced and while they did the job, it was not done as well as it could have been. Some carpets were messed up a bit, some windows were not completely dried off and stuff from the cleaned gutters was left behind. However, all in all it was a good experience.

Jarad and Sean arrived on time, set to work immediately, did a thorough and competent job and left our windows shining, inside and out! They were courteous, friendly, clean, took off their shoes when they were in the house and brought all their own equipment, including ladders. They were careful with window treatments on the inside and with plants and shrubs on the outside. We especially like the fact that the cleaning agent they use is ionized water (carried in the truck); no chemicals to aggravate allergies or leave a residual "fragrance". We will definitely use them again!

They did a super job. Clean, spotless, punctual, responsible.

My three story house is huge and they never raise their prices they are always excellent. They even gave me 25% off for cleaning during the off season (the approximate cost included the discount).

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CONSIDERATE OF OUR HOUSE. IT WAS A PRE-SCHEDULED VISIT, SO THEY SENT US A CARD IN THE MAIL AND THEN ARRIVED ON THE TIME DESCRIBED.
