Description of Work: I am on my third hot water tank since 2008. I purchased tank, pan and the alarm that was to sound and shut off tank in 2008. I caught the leak in 2012 because of brown water and shut it off myself. Unfortunately I had no warning of the tank blowing on 7/12/2017. None of these tanks made the 6 year warranty and Mr. Rooter ( Greenwood) sent a manager in to access the situation, realized they were in the wrong, did send in a restoration team but I was told I had to purchase a new tank and pay all the labor. They have also installed a garbage disposal that makes a loud noise and I had them back to look at it and they said it was normal noise. Many people have commented how loud it is. Mr. Rooter (Greenwood) uses sub-par products --example the alarm that did not shut off the water or sounds alarm and tanks that only last 4 years. I have brought in another plumber. Never use Mr. Rooter (Greenwood Plumber)....they do not guarantee their work...

 + -1 moreWow. I really should have checked Angie's List for a better company. Our furnace went out yesterday and I ruled out the easy stuff so couldn't figure out what the issue was. We called around but they were one of the few that were actually opened on a Sunday. Anyways, the guy that came was nice enough and did what he needed by troublshooting the problem. He figured it out in about an hour and then started to quote us on replacement parts. He explain to me the problem and what I would need. At this point I was familar with the parts and knew it couldn't be that expensive. Once he handed me the quote, I was shocked. He was charging me 700 dollars for two cheap parts and a VERY simple install. So simple a 6 year could do it. So I said I'll look online for the parts and do it myself. He then said that was NO way I could find this one part. I said I will be okay. Anyways, I ended up looking online and getting both parts online for under 100 dollars. It will take me 5 minutes to install them. Never will I go with this company. They were trying to scam me into paying WAY more then they should have.
