Not very well. Granted this was over the course of the Storm of 2010 and I believe they got swamped (no pun intended) with work. The first time they delivered,the carpets didn't even appear to be cleaned. Thankfully I unrolled them to look as I wasn't going to initially.... The owner called and insisted they were cleaned. After much deliberation, I allowed them to take them back and try again. When they were delivered the second time, they were clean (and the owner delivered them himself).
Description of Work: They cleaned four area rugs.

THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RIGHT ON WITH THEIR ESTIMATE. THE CARPETS TURNED OUT GREAT JUST AS THEY DO EVERY TIME I USE THEM.

THEY DID WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. THE JOB WASN'T PERFECT BECAUSE I CAN STILL SEE SOME STAINS, BUT IT WAS GOOD. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS DECENT COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANY'S PRICES IN THE AREA.
