Description of Work: i called for a realtor to come evaluate my house to list for sale......the realtor made an appt then called me the day of and cancelled .....but told me over the phone without ever seeing it what it was worth and all i could ask....when i balked at her off the cuff pricing....i never heard from her again.......shoddy i've since contacted other realtors ....who came to the house....did a much more thorough market value assessment and all came up 40 to 50 k higher ......i am absolutely horrified that some people would take that womans word as gospel .....they'll lose

+ -1 moreShe hears what you are saying. She knew all the answers to my questions. She is very patient and does her homework. She always followed-up with me.
Description of Work: Beverly Black was my realtor. We looked at about 50 listings for homes. We personally went to see 8 of those homes. She encouraged me not to settle and that we would find something. She was able to find me the house that I live in now.
