 + -1 moreWe are very pleased with Larry's work. This was a big job and required a lot of prep. Larry was helpful in the planning with ideas around types of paints, etc. This was a new home for us so required significant prep, including taking down a lot of wall paper prep. This job took a few weeks, but Larry and team made steady progress and we effecient and done on time. Definitely will use him again.
Description of Work: Extensive interior painting of a new house. Required to remove three rooms of wall paper, repairs, and to prime and paint 7 rooms and hallways.

 + -1 moreThe job was uneventful, which is the way you want this kind of work to go. The crew was on time, fast, careful, and professional. The recommendations for type of paint to use, etc., were spot on. There were no extra charges, and cleanup was perfect.
Description of Work: Need all the exterior wood trim work on a large house scraped, primed and painted. A lot of the work involved high ladder work on difficult terrain.

 + 0 moreCould not have been better. Prompt to the second, drop cloths everywhere (outside job, remember). Not a drop of paint anywhere where it wasn't supposed to go. Larry had a lot of good suggestions for future work and improvements. His assistant Leon, was a perpetual motion machine. After the job was finished, I asked Larry to spec out a complex interior plaster recondition job. Didn't faze him, and he gave me some excellent tips.
Description of Work: Larry was recommended by Damon Hardware in Wakefield. I got two bids, his was the lowest by $100. I gave it to Larry because the other bidder wanted to use a lift for the high work, rather than ladders, but as the house was built on a slope, he didn't give me a feeling of confidence that the lift approach would really work. They were hired to prep and paint the eaves and fascia around my 35 year old house. It was a tough job, that involved 40 foot ladders that had to be set on a slope. Larry and his assistant went completely around the house first, sanding where necessary, and bleaching to take care of mold. They then went around the house and applied a coat of primer, let it dry, then applied the finish coat. The job took 2 1/2 days, the first day of which was fiercely hot, and they were working directly in the sun. No complaints.

 + 0 moreTHIS GUY WAS AN AWESOME WORKER AND WORKED HARD UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. HE WAS REASONABLE PRICED AND VERY PROMPT. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: HE PAINTED OUR LIVING ROOM, CHIMNEY, AND THE TRIM OF OUR HOME.
