John was very helpful in educating us throughout the inspection process on all areas of the home. He walked us through some of the minor repairs we might need to keep on eye on in the future, and which repairs needed more immediate attention. This was super helpful in figuring out which repairs to negotiate with the sellers. I would highly recommend his services, especially for first-time homeowners!

It was a great experience working with Ocean State. Very easy to schedule an appointment and on time. They recommended few things that I could ask the builder to fix. I know home inspections are a little expensive, but I would be more happy if they had given some discount as mine was a very straightforward inspection.

Office Lady was super nice and friendly quick to set up our appointment. The Owner came out to do our inspection he showed up a little early and started his outside inspection then went through the house and outside with us. I would highly recommend this company to do your home inspections!!! Thanks guys
