Town Electric replaced the broken weather head and the corroded meter box and reattached the service to the exterior of the house. They arrived on time and completed the work in less time than they estimated, despite adverse weather conditions (extreme cold). They cleaned the work area after their work was completed. When I discovered a problem two weeks after work was done, they responded within one hour, identified the problem as an emergency that was the electric company's (National Grid) responsibility, notified National Grid and remained on site until National Grid arrived and corrected the issue. National Grid also responded within one hour. I've called on Joe Lima several times over the years, and have always been impressed with his expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend him.

Town Electric responded quickly to my request for an inspection, and was at work within a few days of completing the inspection and providing the estimate. The work was done very professionally. Installations were neatly done, replacing and/or correcting some obviously shoddy work that had been done at some point in the past. They pointed out some safety hazards with the existing system and repaired those as well. I will use this company in the future for electrical work. At this point I have not yet been invoiced for the work.
