+ -1 moreThe company was very helpful and friendly. Steve, one of their technicians was extremely patient, explaining the different options for repairing the laptop.
Description of Work: Performed computer diagnostic on a laptop that was acting a bit quirky. They determined that the harddrive was on the verge of failure. They replaced the hardrive and reinstalled Windows XP.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FABULOUS JOB FIXING MY COMPUTER. IT REALLY DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO LONG TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED MY COMPUTER BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING SLOW. I THINK I HAD A VIRUS ON IT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO TAKE ALL OF MY PROGRAMS OFF AND PUT THEM ALL BACK ON WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
