Roman is great. His install crew was timely, but did not pay attention to all the details.

Amazing work!

The job got done, but they were very unreliable as to timing. Was scheduled for 8:30 am and showed up at 3:30 pm, so had to come back the next day to finish the work. Was inconvenient for me as I had other commitments on the 2nd day. I will say that the job they did was excellent.

Roman and his team did a great job refinishing the hardwood floors for our 95 year old house and porch. Great communications by Roman throughout the project. I would definitely hire again.

Perfection - NE floors. Talk to Roman. He came one day and priced out buffing my old floors and applying a new cost of matte refinish. The home had been used as an air B and B for years and the floors in living room and dining room and stairs were badly worn and dirty. Nothing I did with cleaners and micro fiber cloths helped. Roman gave me what I felt was a good fair price. He was ready to come a couple of days later He and his guys moved all my furniture out, buffed the floor with some kind of compound, Cleaned up snd put down a new matte finish in half a day. I had to let the floors dry over night but they looked like new in the morning sunlight. All the dirt and imperfections I could see in the backlight before was gone. The finish looked like new and is perfect I’m thrilled, he couldn’t have done a better job. They came back put all the furniture back in place. All along They Couldn’t have been more careful, polite or professional. I highly recommend NE floors.

Excellent. They had special crews for each stage of the project. When sanding the floors, they masked all the areas to prevent dust getting on the walls and other counter areas .They used special vacuums that had Hepa filter dust bags. They applied 3 coats to the floor in a timely manner making sure each coat was completely dry. The floors look great. I would definitely recommend N.E.Floors.

I was very impressed with Roman's responsiveness, to my general inquiry that I sent through Angie's List and then followup emails to schedule the job. We agreed on a date and he showed up promptly on that day. The work was very well done and he cleaned up thoroughly where he and his associate walked through the house. I would certainly use him again.

NE Floors was quick to contact and schedule and the price is right. Very helpful and I would recommend them to others. They replaced several planks in my floor and repaired a hole. Once that was done they matched the new planks to the old with stain and finished them all. The floors look great and I am pleased with the results. They were also accommodating with a few things I had asked them to do which were not in the original quote. Friendly, hardworking and a great price.

These guys were very nice. They work hard and are very polite. They clean up their mess and are very responsive when called. They are concerned about customers being happy with their work. I plan to call them again to refinish my downstairs wood floors. The prices are better than many around, and the work is excellent.
