Lance returned my initial call promptly and came to give an estimate right away. He emailed me the estimate on the same day. We agreed on the two types of paint to be used, and I furnished the wall paint as I had already chosen the specific color and brand. Lance worked steadily all day on each day he was here. He had to cancel one day, as he was in the process of moving his family to another community. Amazingly, with all that entails, he managed to focus completely on the work he was doing for me while he was here. He also volunteered to do some touch ups and to fix a towel rack that had come apart. He noticed that our kitchen cabinets needed touch-up paint, and suggested we pursue that in the future. Lance cleaned up the work area completely, and left the entryway looking new and fresh. I was pleased with the quality of his work. His pleasant personality was a bonus.

Very professional and punctual. Very clean. When coming home in the evening we almost could not tell that anybody had worked in the house, only that the walls and trims looked great.

Lance did an absolutely beautiful job. His attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. There are no drips, no imperfections in the walls, and the baseboards and trim look amazing. He is definitely a perfectionist, which was exactly what I was looking for but didn't think I could find. The original estimate of $2750 included painting only, but for only $250 more he installed and painted the baseboards in my bathroom and did an amazing job staining the window seat. He actually added wood to the sides and bottom to make it look even better before staining. I have to say, I am so glad I didn't attempt this on my own. Lance kept me well informed as to what he was doing each day and painted while I was at work. I felt very comfortable having him in my house while I was gone. Lance also did a few other things to help me out with a bathroom remodel, including cutting and installing some missing boards for the sub floor and installing a piece in the ceiling for a new fan (the opening was too large for the new far cover).

Lance is personable, reliable and knowledgeable and he really cares about his work. We have already requested estimates for additional projects.

The work was gorgeous!! I strongly recommend the experience of going away on vacation while your interior is painted. We did not have to live through the paint smell or the daily disruption. The detail is phenomenal and flawless. I had originally picked two colors, but Lance suggested the colors that we finally went with, a terracotta brown, and the darkest shade of brown for the bathroom. I thought I was a good painter on the rooms that I have done, but my work looks downright sloppy compared with Lance's perfectionism. The lines are perfectly straight and the color on the walls is very even. Lance left us with the touch-up paint as well when the job was done.
