ADVANCED BUILDING CONCEPTS

Description of Work: I needed serious gutter work and received 3 very different options for handling the situation. One of these offers was made by John Brooks (owner of Advanced Building Concepts). The option offered by John allowed me to save significant money in areas that were not as important and provided top-of-line options in others. For example, on an addition that is totally blocked by trees and unseen by anyone he agreed that aluminum gutters would be fine ... he even recommended taking the 8ft of wooden gutter that was still in good shape in this area and moving it to the front of the house where I needed new gutters. We decided that the best solution to my water issue was to line with copper (with flashing under the slate roof tiles). I had worked with John on a $150,000 project for a Group Home in our community. John and the architect worked to manage the costs while providing incredible quality and service. John and members of his team met with us weekly as the project progressed. John/ABC also built very large dormitories at one of the private schools on the Island, so I wasn't sure whether my jobs would be too small for them. NOT at all ... John responded to emails with remarkable speed and was at the site with an amazing speed.
